ALICIA
“Are you crazy? Why would you cut me off like that?” Adrian queried and I only swallowed biting the insides of my lips. After the incident, I could still hear their apologies even as I walked down the hallway and all I could think of was the kind of power this boys held over the school and students. “Answer me!” Adrian hit the wall right above my hair and I rolled out of the confinement. “If you think I'm crazy for not wanting you to proclaim to the whole school that we're all mated and probably gaining me more enemies than I already have them I'm fine with being crazy.” I yelled right back at him and he glared at me, before wrapping his hands around my neck like he was going to choke me to death. “I can't…breathe.” I muttered, gasping for air but still trying to out on a confident look. “I wouldn't mind cutting off your life source if you ever do that again.” He warned and I nodded frantically, just wanting to get out of his grasp. He finally let go and walked out like he hasn't done anything while I went directly to class. “Oh my goodness, girl you're so hot and dope. A complete diva. The way the triples stood up for you, I didn't even know you were their sister.” Bella whined, appearing from nowhere and I placed my hands on my chest in fright. “You really need to stop doing that.” I protested. “Doing what? We have the same class now.” She squealed happily. “Creeping up on me, it's scary.” We walked into class and for the first time since I got into this school, I was actually getting to learn. Okay I'm just exaggerating, this is my second day in school but at least, I wasn't getting bullied. In 45 minutes, class was over and I remained in the class alongside others and soon enough it was time for recess. We were about leaving the class for the cafeteria, I and Bella when suddenly the principal stepped into the class forcing everyone to remain in their seats. “It's been a while that things has been reported stolen and I feel grievous noting that it has resurfaced again.” The principal began and everyone began muttering among themselves. “If you know that you stole anything belonging to someone else, please just signify and we wouldn't have to find the thief in a hard way.” There was silence through out the class and the principal heaved. “Fine then. All your bags would be searched and no one would leave until the stolen item is found.” The principal notified and had us dropping our bags for the search. “Who does this bag belong to?”The principal lifted my bag and I stood up in acknowledgement. “It's mine.” I affirmed and the principal pulled out something out of my bag. “It's yours? How dare you steal someone's family heirloom and yet feel so brazen?” The principals voice echoed round the class and I just smiled a little. “I didn't put that there.” I simply said and the principal scoffed as she signalled for me to come outside. “Really? You're also going to lie about it? Come on here and go straight to my office. I can't condone a thief in my school.” She said sharply and I looked at Bella and then shrugged walking outside. “Claudia darling, come take your heirloom and I'm so sorry for this inconvenience.” Claudia walked out like a bruised little bunny and accepted it with ‘heartfelt’ thanks. “Thanks so much ma'am. My dad would have killed me if I lost this.” Claudia said and while walking back to her seat, she winked at me. “The mission heirloom that was found in my bag belonged to Claudia?” I scoffed already knowing what had transpired. She must have planted that there to implicate me and seeing that the teachers and principal feared her father who I had heard was a every influential Alpha, they wouldn't even want to hear from me. “I believe that I'm entitled to my freedom of speech. I can defend myself, I don't know how that got there.” I protested and the principal walked over and slapped me right across the face. “Stop with the pretense and lies. You know what? You're expelled! Tell your parents I said so.” The principal yelled but I was still processing the slap. Why did everyone feel like they could just lay their hands on me even for no reason? “Okay.” I simply said and picked my bag up when the door suddenly opened revealing Alexander. “Hey, you forgot your lunch at home so mom brought it.” He said handing it to me wouldn't even surveying the room. “Principal Scarlet, I'm sorry for the intrusion.” He greeted with smiles and I just collected it. “Thanks, it's no need though. I just got expelled.” I said casually waving bye to Bella and was about walking out the door when he shielded me with his big ass body. “Woah, hold up. What do you mean? What are you talking about?” He asked and I just rubbed my forehead in frustration. At this rate, I'll get wrinkles before I turn 25. “Is this a ‘Claudia’ situation?” He asked as he saw her smiling I presume. She couldn't even hide the fact that she was a liar. “Yup. Apparently, I stole her family's heirloom and lied about it.” I said casually and Alexander looked up at Principal Scarlet. “You think my sister would steal?” He tilted his head and she made to say something when he turned it to the other side. “More or less, you think she would steal someone's heirloom?” He questioned again, each of the questions heavily stressed like he was trying to pass a message. “My dad has a whole art gallery of heirlooms. I and my brothers has heirlooms we would physically be unable to take everywhere and you think she's going to leave all of that to steal one from someone?” Alexander asked again, his voice sounding unbelievable each time. “Hold on, Alexander. She's your sister?” She questioned in surprise. “You missed the memo, I believe but if you're going to expel her, you might want to speak to my dad first.” Alexander reiterated, holding my hands while Claudia's face physically turned red in anger. “Besides, can I see the heirloom? Is it like a gold plated ruler?” Alexander queried and I nodded immediately wondering how he knew about that. “Didn’t you put that in Alicia's bag yourself, Claudia?” He asked and she stood up stomping her feet. “I know she's your step sister but how can you think that I would do something like that?” Claudia whined while the principals eyes darted back and forth. Oh for a school to be controlled by the parents of the school, the principal clearly is crashing out unsure of whose side to take. “Since Claudia claims she didn't put that there herself, now would be the best time to check the camera's.” Alexander pointed out and the principal nodded in agreement. “Cameras? It would have been great if our school had one.” Claudia stressed and Alexander raised a brow. “You think we don't have one?” “We do?” “Miss Claudia, we do. Alpha Richard had some set up in each point of our school last weekend.” The principal said and I watched as the color drained from her face.To all my readers, From the very first page to the very last, you have given me one of the greatest gifts anyone can receive; your time, your attention, and your trust in my story. Alicia’s POVMy eyes widened when I saw Alex standing here and backing me. Ricko and that bitch, Briana had brought me here and they locked me up in a box at the side of the house. I was tied in such a way I could only sit and not move my body, and I was muzzled. “Hmm,” I groaned as I tried to shake but I couldn’t, but I could still see him from a little hole in the cage. Then I noticed someone sneaking up behind him. Briana. “A–” I struggled to call him, but I couldn’t. Tears rolled down my eyes when I saw that she had a gun and she placed it behind his head. He turned slowly, shocked. “Briana?” he called, shocked. “Hi,” Baby, she said, wearing a smirk. “I knew you would come, so I was waiting for you.” She circled him slowly. “I’ve missed you, she said as she trailed the gun from his chest down to his groin. “Get down on your knees,” she growled.Alex crossed his brows. “No, bitch. Tell me where Alicia is or else I would snap your neck in two.”Briana jumped back, scared and she
Alex’s POV“Tomorrow is graduation day!!” I cheered as I strolled around my room. I brushed my hair and turned to Arnold that was seated on my bed. “Right, Arnold?” I asked him.He got up and went to the window where Adrian stood with a mug of hot chocolate drink. “Right,” he took Adrian’s mug. “Can I borrow this?” Adrian rolled his eyes and handed the mug to Arnold. “I’d asked if you wanted a cup and you said no, now you wanted to take mine now?” Adrian grumbled, and he walked up to me.“Yum, this is delicious,” Arnold remarked about the tea. “I should have asked for mine.” I rolled my eyes at them. “Has anyone checked on Alicia?” I asked. They were mute so I knew that was a no. “She wasn’t looking too well, so why didn’t you boy check on her?” I asked. Then I rolled my eyes, heading out and they came out with me. “I knew you boys could do nothing without my guidance.”Adrian’s jaw dropped. “What are you saying? I would have gone to meet her if you didn’t–” He pursed his lips and
Alicia’s POV“Stop it guys, if we are going to celebrate, it should be after our graduation, besides, I’m not feeling too well,” I sulked as I turned away from them. Adrian sighed. “Don’t be a kill joy, Alicia. Hasn’t it been a while?” He asked as he hugged me from behind. I heaved a breath and pushed him off me.“I’ve been stressed a lot by this exam. I just want to rest, good night, guys.” Adrian stepped back with a frown, Alex was leaning against the wall. He raised a brow at me. “Are you sure you are okay?” I nodded and sat on the bed. “I would get some rest and then I would come down for dinner, okay?” I faked a smile and they nodded.Adrian kissed my forehead, Alex came and took my hand then he kissed it, followed by Arnold who cupped my face and boldly placed a kiss on my lips, I was mute and still. He smirked and swiped his thumb over it. “Get quality rest, baby,” He said and I nodded at him. They went out and closed the door, I heaved a sigh and fell back on the bed. “Huh
Alicia’s POVAlex, Mum and I were in the dining room, our appetites were gone and we weren’t eating anymore. Mum paced around worried. Dad and Adrian had rushed out to go save Arnold from doing anything stupid. “I hope they find him on time, before he makes a mistake that would ruin his life,” Mum prayed with both her hands together. Soon, Dad stormed into the house, Arnold followed him, wearing all black with a black burglar's mask on. Adrian entered last. “Oh, you are back,” Mum gasped as she ran to them. “Arnold, what were you thinking?” Mum asked him.Arnold took off his mask, ran his hand through his hair and went to sit on the cough next to him. “I had no option. I told Dad to give me time, so I would get the money, but he refused.” Mum gasped and turned to Dad. “Wasn’t that what he came to tell you last night?”Dad nodded, paced around and then he went to the dining room and took a glass of water. “I should have listened. Son, what you did was wrong, but I was also wrong. I
Alicia’s POV“I hope everything goes according to plan, guys,” I pleaded, placing my hands together as I paced the room, waiting for Arnold to come. “It wil–” Adrian was saying, but Arnold kicked the door open, cutting him off. “Ugh. Dad is unbelievable,” Arnold growled as he stormed in. He dropped on the bed and ran his hand into his hair. “It didn’t work. We have to find a way to work on plan B.”I sighed as I looked up to see Alex nodding at him. “I should probably go now,” I said to them. I had no desire to be a part of their plans. How would Arnold rob a bank? I didn’t wait for their responses, but I turned and left. I got to my room and dropped on the bed, stared at the ceiling until I slept off. The next morning was a weekend. I didn’t do much outside on weekends except to read my books– now that the next day was our exams, I had to stay locked in. The maids usually brought my breakfast and lunch up for me. I only get to eat dinner together with the family. I stayed in my
