Revealing the Facts

Rachel's POV

Alpha Felix was surprised. He even gave me a surprised look that made me chuckle inwardly.

“Do you think I don't know anything?” I scoffed inwardly.

“Wait, you___ know where Dasha came from?” my father asked.

Now I was the one who was surprised because I reflexively said that, even though I tried to hide this fact. I had previously arranged when I would reveal this fact, but instead I innocently revealed it.

Since I had already said it, I was forced to tell the truth.

I nodded strongly. “Of course. I even know who her parents are,” I said with my chin up, looking fiercely at my father and husband.

“Who?” asked Alpha Felix nervously.

If I mentioned my adoptive parents, he would be shocked.

“Victoria and Jacob. You... remember them, don't you?” I asked with a small grin.

My father's face immediately shocked and paled. He even seemed to be struggling to swallow as cold sweat began to break out from within the pores of his skin.
