Two days passed after Elizabeth returned to school. He notices that the hallways have been decorated for the upcoming homecoming dance. A heat of passion burns in his chest as he thinks about all the fun he will have, attending his first ever high school dance, and how embracing the love of his friends will feel, after so many years traveling from place to place.
