14. DON'T DO THAT

"What are you doing?" Benhail asked, gawking at Emery as she lobbed the clothes into a small box.

She said nothing to him and continued to toss the clothes.

"I asked a question," he said again.

"I read the contract, I have a copy to myself and there is nowhere that's written on it that I must answer every one of your questions. So, why won't you let me be?" She stopped hurling the clothes from the wardrobe.

Veering around, she shot him a glare and continued to talk in a loud voice. "You haven't talked to me for four days, I live in the same house with you, yet you don't acknowledge my presence. You even changed the code to the door and I can only come in here when you are around." Flinging her arms around the room, she rolled her eyes at him. "I am moving my things to the goddamn room you asked me to stay in!"
