Chapter 19. Plan of Action
I hear my mom say how as Luca sits me down on a chair but keeps his hands on my shoulders, trying to help as much as he can. Then, finally, he speaks through the mind-link to me. "We have to tell them, Raine. It is the only way to save you and Levi right now. They have to know everything." Another sharp pain shoots through me, but this one knocks me out of the chair. Luca tries to catch me, but he is flung away from me when his skin comes into contact with mine.

My heart hurts, but I know that Luca is right. I make my way to his room and knock on the door lightly. I get no answer. Maybe he doesn't want to see me.
