Chapter 58

Their plane just landed and Brieanna's legs felt like they have lost their strength. All the time she spent on the flight was her praying and hoping William's parents won't eat her alive. 

As they walk out of the airport, Brieanna was heading towards the line up for taxi when William grab her arm, pulling her towards the other direction. When she face ahead, her eyes widened at the Batmobile limo. 

"Are we r-really riding that?" 

"Though it's old, yes we are," he replied, flashing her a smile. 

A middle-aged man greeted them, opening the door for them. Of course, William let her enter first because he is a gentleman. The inside smelt expensive and she isn't comfortable at all.

"Why can't we just ride a taxi instead?"

"There's no taxi going to our house. They are just not allowed there."

"So that means if I want to run away, I would need to run a couple of meters away to get a taxi?"
