Kevin felt something wet dripping on him. He looked up and noticed the dark clouds above him. The rain poured down upon him. He sat like that for a few moments before he stood up with Alice in his arms. He walked toward his car, opened the back door, and laid her gently on the back seat. He wiped his tears roughly with his arm as he walked toward the driver's side and slid behind the wheel. He started the car and drove off.Kevin stood in the field.
