Padgett's Pov

I’m so dead right now Cameron hardly gets mad at me but when he does he’s a force to reckon with, if there is one thing, I couldn't bear, is the fact that he is mad at me, I felt my world crumbled when I heard those words from him.

"Can't you talk, what do you have to say?"

"I am sorry, I don't..." I tried taking his hand but he pulled away from my grip, my tears threatened to drop, and I felt doom.

"Um! Hey, Cam..." I said as he stared at me still furious tightening his fists.

"Explain to me why you didn't tell me Cassie was assaulting you," he said as I gulped down my saliva and then gathered myself, I realized that my secret was still safe.

"Cassie!"

"Yes, Cassie the bitch who dared to assault you."

"Cam..." I seethed.

"What creamy, I’ve told you many times to tell me when someone is bullying you but no you prefer to keep it to yourself and get hurt in the process, I wouldn't know what to do just so you don’t get hurt and how will I protect you, if you don't tell
