The training ground was an open field surrounded by tall trees that seemed to have been deliberately planted to form a square shape. The ground was completely sandy and sharp unlike the rest of the pack which was usually moist and had some vegetation. I was grateful for the trees because of the cool breeze it provided but despite the cool breeze, the way the atmosphere tensed when I arrived at the training ground was impossible to miss. It was like I was the one they had all been waiting for to show up. I didn’t expect them to care but I guess it is hard to ignore the fact that today Ray-khan would be fighting against me, a new student who had no idea how to use the Elements to my favor.

Every wolf in this pack by default got an ability to control the elements, some could control air, others, water and very rarely fire. I heard that was the one Ray-khan had but still I wasn’t frightened. I knew he wouldn’t hurt me.
