It was much too early to be on a stake out and why did it have to be her? She munched away angrily at the bag of corn chips she held in her hand and whining about how it lacked the flavoured taste it once had when the product had first been launched. This morning was cold and chilly and just too quiet, nothing happened around here and the officer she was with assured her that it was just this neighbourhood, it was kind of like a dead zone. No life.

They sat in the warm car a well hidden distance from the Neil’s house, they were to keep an eye out for Trisha, to monitor her movements and maybe bait the serial killer. That part Tia did not really take down comfortably, the part of using Trisha as bait, but then Aiden had assured her that she would not come to any harm as long as they had her in their sights.
