A rap on my door woke me up from my deep slumber and I hastily went to my door, hoping it was Maya that came back for me.
"Maya I'm sorry I didn't mean it that-" I stopped when I stopped mid sentence and left the door ajar for him to come in. I plopped on my bed and stared at the ceiling. "What do you want?"
"Chill...I just came to ask what happened between you and Maya."
"Why?" I asked, sitting up and folding my legs.
"What did you do to her?" He shoved his hands in his pocket with a slight frown on his face. "Because she walked out of your room looking all sad, she even shed a tear or two." He added and My face dropped.
I felt like a horrible friend immediately I heard that. Oh, I shouldn't have spoken to her in such a way. I stood up and shoved my feet into my flip flops.
"I'll just go to her house right away," I said.

The night was dark and only the blue light illuminated my room because sleeping without light was almost impossible to me. I tossed and turned on the bed, finding it very hard to sleep. The crickets chirped and my clock ticked.I reached a hand to my phone on my side table and jeez! It was fifty minutes after eleven. I was awake and it wasn't a movie or a midnight snack. My stomach grumbled at the thought of a snack. I kicked my blankets off and slid on my flip flops.I walked down the stairs, while yawning and rubbing my eyes. My feet took me to the kitchen. I pulled open the fridge and brought out a small gallon of milk and Oreos biscuit.Bless you Oreo! A thought hit me like a strong wave. Maybe I should text Bellamy, he might be awake.
