Chapter 60

"Tristan!" I yelled with both my hands on the sides of my mouth. "I know you're in there, just let me in... I'm sorry!"

There was no answer so I searched the area for a stone. I saw one just three steps away from me so I went to pick it up and swung my arms forward, launching the stone out of my hand. It flew and landed on Tristan's window before dropping to the ground.

Picking four more into my hand, I threw them one after the other and the last one I threw, made Tristan shove the curtain aside. Our eyes locked and he glared at me for a minute before drawing his curtain shut.

"Tristan, please." I pleaded, feeling weak again. "I don't know what's wrong with me. I need help and I've been feeling off these days. I'm so lonely and the little issue in my-" I stopped in my tracks and rephrased my sentence. "There's a lot happening and I feel so heavy. When I woke up I couldn't remember anything...I'm sorry!" I yelled with a dried throat.
