IRIS
I slowly opened my eyes, only to be overwhelmed by sharp pains all over my body and an eye-stinging light. I shut them back immediately.
"She's awake." I heard a muffled voice and the torch was taken away from my face.
"Set the fire... dinner is set." Someone said and the men left. I struggled to sit up but the pain wouldn't let me.
Where was I?
"Struggling is pointless, my dear. Don't worry, you are in safe hands." He smiled crookedly and sat down beside me. I wanted to shift away but I couldn't. I was too tired and weak.
"Where am I?" I asked him.
"You're with a hunting group." He replied. "We found you lying unconsciously by the river. Were you trying to commit suicide or something?" He questioned. I didn't know what to tell him but I was sure glad for his help.
"Thank you for saving me." I simply said. The memories were still fresh; from the brutal rejection to being thrown down a cliff. I couldn't hold back my tears. I thought I was going to die and I was happy. I thought my sufferings were going to end once I had died. Maybe I would join my parents in where they slept under the bossom of their creator but I was wrong. Someone has to save me and bring me back to this miserable world.
I didn't want to seem ungrateful and that was why I thanked him. Since I didn't die, I would make it my sole mission to destroy everyone who trampled on me like a piece of rag.
"Rest for a bit, we'll call you when dinner is ready." He said and with a friendly smile, he walked away.
For once in my life, I felt safe. People were actually kind to me and not looking at me with judging eyes.
I shut my eyes to get some sleep. I was already half gone when I heard voices in my head. No, they were coming from those in the room with me.
I opened my eyes to see men giving me weird stares.
"Why's the boss holding back?" One of the whispered. I gathered enough strength and sat up. What were they talking about?
"Get out, all of you." The man who had spoken to me early suddenly walked into the tent and chased them out. I felt relieved upon seeing him. But his eyes told another story. He rushed to me and strapped me down before I could make any move.
"What are you doing?" I yelled and tried to push him off me but he was too strong. I could only wriggle and hope someone would come to my aid.
"Doing what I should have done in the first place." He replied throatily and tore my dress. I screamed at the top of my voice, tears rolling down my cheeks. Please, this wasn't happening. It's nothing but a bad dream. I tried to console myself but I woke up from my illusion when I felt a hot sting around my V. I cried out in pain as he rode me roughly. Each thrust came with great pain and I wished I had just died in the river.
Everything had been taken from me, even the virginity I fought so hard to protect. My stepfather would invite his friends over to drink and they would each make advances at me but I would ignore them and leave the house.
As he increased his pace, I felt my life seeping away slowly. It was becoming difficult to stay awake. I couldn't scream again. All I did was hope I could finally die and leave this world.
"ALPHA FINN!!!" Someone shouted from outside and I turned my head. An arrow met with several people's heads and the man got off me, hastily buckling his trousers.
"Oh, shitty shit!!" He yelled and pulled me up. "Finally, you can serve some purpose other than enjoying my fûck." He grinned and dragged me outside by the hand while my body rolled on the floor. I saw a few wolves charging toward the camp. I didn't know what to feel; relieved or angry. I just wanted to die and these foreign people were getting in my way.
"STOP!!" The man who held me shouted. "Or else, she dies." He was dragging me toward the fast-flowing water while the wolves were getting closer.
"All of you, into the water." He yelled at his peers and they nodded in obeisance. Most of them were caught before they could carry out that command. Few who entered the water got their heads bashed by rocks while some surrendered out of fear.
The only silver wolf in the pack shifted into the most beautiful male I had ever seen. His hair was silver and long and he had red fiery eyes. He was the definition of a god. I couldn't take my eyes off him as he slowly approached us. His steps were graceful and full of pride. The aura emitting from him was intimidating and his ambiance could make any being bow to him.
"Hendrickson, stop cowering and face your foe." His voice was deep and calm yet, it told of so much danger. He didn't seem like the type to be messed with.
"Alpha Finn, so nice of you to join the party. By the way, how's your sister doing? Hope she didn't pass out from that little exercise. This little one here even lasted longer than she did." He made me stand with my wobbling legs.
What? He also raped the Alpha's sister? How wicked could people in this world be?
I saw that the Alpha's red eyes had turned gold, filled with anger and hatred for the vile man.
"You will die by my hands, you beast." The Alpha yelled and charged toward us but the man pushed me with force toward the Alpha and escaped through the waters.

NARRATIVE
Alpha Finn pushed Iris aside harshly after she landed on his body. She passed out from the amount of force exerted on her fragile body.
"He got away, again. And it's all because of this woman." He clicked his tongue.
He appointed five people to watch over the place just in case the escapees would find their way back.
"And the rest of you, bundle her up and lock her in the dungeon until I order her release. She has some really huge debts to pay back." He said harshly, staring daggers at her unconscious body.
IRIS The pain I felt in between my legs was nothing to write home about, coupled with the darkness and hunger I had to live with. I hope the goddess was enjoying the show because it just got better. "Stand up!" One of the female guards yelled at me and I stood up. The other one roughly grabbed my hand and pulled me alongside them. I wondered where they were taking me. During all three days in prison, I reminisced on my past, my present, and my future. I used to think I was special but now, all I know is that I have no reason to live. In a few days, I had turned worse than trash. I hated my parents, I hated myself, my parents, and the world. To hell with the goddess or whatever her name was. I was taken to a large kitchen and was asked to sit on thr floor. I obeyed without arguing. A tray with food was placed in front of me to eat. At first, I felt uneasy but after my stomach growled, I began to eat. The food tasted so nice that I began rushing it. I almost choked on the food. "Lo
IRIS "You're excused, Iris. You will meet your tour guide on your way out. Take good care of yourself." He smiled. I bowed and left the room to avoid much drama. "I wanna go back." Artemis cried. Artemis is my wolf. Aside from Fenrir, she was one of the reasons I wanted to stay alive. She would console me every night I woke up from a nightmare and every night I would stay up because of some severe injury inflicted on me by my stepfather. "Suck it in, Arti, shouldn't you be dying for Fenrir instead?" I rolled my eyes. "That idîot. This one is more good-looking than that stûck up fool." She grouched. "Glad we think alike." As Alpha Finn had said, I met a man waiting down the hallway for me. "Is this place too hot or is it just me?" Artemis asked on arrival to the man. "Shut up," I whispered to her and kept my cool. "Hello, Iris. My name is Damon, the Beta of this pack, and I will be your tour guide for today." He took my hand and kissed the back of my palm. I could sense Artemi
IRIS I stared down at the clothes that were now properly arranged in the wardrobe. Thinking about everything, if felt like a dream; a dream I never wanted to wake up from. "Oh, mother," I sighed and walked to the window. "I wish you were here to see all of this. Finally, I can live the life you've always wanted." My hand trailed the glass windows as I stared down the building. "I'm no longer a slave. I'm being treated like a human being." Although lots of things had been taken from me, I was still grateful I was alive. At least, it was better than being dead or living in fear with some rogues out in the woods. The memories of what had happened were still fresh in my mind. I was meant to be dead. For goodness sake, I was thrown off a cliff by someone who once told me to call him father. And raped by a notorious man was enough to cause a great shift in my life but there I was, standing strong and hoping that one day, I would exert my revenge. I moved away from the window when I h
IRIS "Good evening, Alpha Finn." I greeted him with a slightly deep bow. I refused to take my eyes off the ground. I didn't want to see the previous look from before. "Look up." He commanded and I did as he said. He was smiling and his red eyes seemed warm. His eyes didn't depict the tone of his voice. I was left in utter speechlessness. His chin was resting on his right arm, giving him an alluring look. "How are you, Iris?" He asked and stood up. He walked over to the table and poured some liquid into two classes. "I'm fine," I replied. "Wine?" He offered but I shook my head. "Don't worry, it's harmless. Make yourself comfortable." His back was facing me so I couldn't see his face. I found a seat and sat down. He brought the wine to me and I took it with shaking hands. "I don't bite, Iris. Be free with me. Besides, I'm not your Alpha." "Yet," I muttered. "You will be soon." "Oh? You plan on staying forever?" I nodded. I didn't have anywhere to go and he had been the only on
IRIS Getting prepared for school was like going through hell for me that Tuesday. I couldn't sleep the entire night as I was thinking about what everything would be like; the teachers, the subjects, and most importantly, the students. Hopefully, I won't be running into the luna any time soon. I got out of bed lazily and slipped into the bathroom. I took off my clothes and had a bath. Everything was still so surreal; I had my very own apartment and nobody was there to send me on errands or give me a limited time to finish up a task. I was living the life I had always wanted. The only thing I didn't have was a phone. Well, I was going to get a job and buy that myself. Immediately after I finished dressing up, I heard a knock on the door and swirled to open it. I didn't see anybody but when I was about to shut the door, my eyes went to the ground and I saw a package. I looked around the environment but I didn't see anybody. I picked up the bag and with one last look, I walked back in
IRIS The tension in the class as the students stared at me while I was walking to an empty seat was enough to make me wet my pants. I clutched onto my bag tightly as I bent my head. That wasn't such a fine showing. What would Raven think of me now? A mate snatcher? Such a bad reputation on the first day of school. I finally settled for a seat beside a girl in glasses who seemed to be the only one not to care about my presence. I sat down quietly as I awaited the homeroom teacher. Soon, everyone forgot about the incident and went back to what they were doing earlier. I could hear noises from different phones and that made me wonder if phones were now legal in school. My eyes instinctively scanned my environment and I was quite impressed. The students didn't discriminate against me as they did at my school. Well, maybe because they had seen me with alpha Finn. My eyes darted to Raven, the alpha's luna, and I found her speaking to a group of girls. If I didn't know any better, I'd h
IRIS "Oh, hey." I waved at Roland. He smiled and waved back. "I see you two have already met," Anya said while looking between the two of us. "Yeah, yesterday. On her way to the pack house." Roland explained. "She was quite lost and nearly got into trouble." "I see. Oh well," She shrugged and turned to me. "This is my best friend in the whole world and I love him a lot. He can be a real nutcase sometimes but he's good." She patted his shoulder. He turned to her, frowning, while she bore the sweetest smoke she could muster. They were just so cute together. "It's great to have you here, Iris. Maybe we could all have lunch tomorrow, I'm free." He stared at me while he spoke. "Uhm… sure, only if Anya would want that. I don't want to intrude." I cleared my throat and clutched my bag. "No problem at all. It will give us time to get to know each other, don't you think so?" She asked me and I nodded. I sat down far from Roland while Anya sat very close to him. I was sensible enough to
IRIS I got back to the apartment with my mind in chaos. I couldn't deny the fact that both guys were stressing my poor brain out with their good looks and charming demeanor. I had a long bath and settled for something skimpy since I was the only one. I decided to read my books in anticipation of the classes the next day. I brought out the geometry textbook I had borrowed from the library and settled on my bed to read. Soon after, my mind became fully rooted in the book. I was enjoying solving the mathematical problems when a knock on the door interrupted me. I groaned and stood up to open the door. I met Alpha at the door and that was when I became conscious of my clothing. I looked down at my exposed breasts and then at him. He didn't seem to notice what was going on as he only arched a brow and tilted his lips. "Excuse me," I said in a haste and tried to close the door but his right foot prevented that from happening. "Don't bother about that, I'm not that kind of person." He a
