“There are more than twenty cases of missing persons filed in our department and the majority of them went cold, unresolved, or resolved by stating that the victims are mentally ill, incapable of making rational decisions, and merely suicidal and depressed folks. The age group that they belong to is mostly youth which added to the suspicion that they are just in their fragile stage in life. And it’s one-fourth of men victims and the rest are women victims,” Ember said to Raverine who is busy with scanning his computer screen. “So, basically, we had to look out for young women and men hanging out during the night. We have been in a couple of bars and nightclubs.”
