The shareholders felt that Ember might be more talented than she seemed to be. Seemingly unassuming, she could get things done.

Originally, they were not on the same side as Donelle. It was Donelle who told them the school had fallen into the hands of an amateur.

They had contributed a lot to the school, and all of them had looked after the children as they grew up. Of course, they didn’t want to see the school go to ruin.

Now that they were able to see some of Ember’s abilities, they were becoming less disdainful of her.

Other than the few who were on better terms with Donelle, the others believed that they could give Ember a chance.
