"D-this is where I'll sleep?" he asked while looking at my small room.

"Yes Sir, I can only sleep in the living room."

"No, you sleep here. I'm in the living room." I frowned at him. My living room is even smaller than my bedroom.

"You can't fit in the living room and your back will hurt when you lie on the floor." There was still a trace of doubt on its face.

"Your bed is too small for me, I can't even sleep in it." You are as big as a human being.

"Sir, that's okay. Sleep well, good night!"

I was about to come out when he stopped me, "I can't," he said while shaking his head. I just gasped.

"Sir, tomorrow you'll go home and go back to the soft and big bed. It's also your fault why your car broke down because I told you not to follow here. And now, you're overreacting.

"Wait wait. Are you complaining?" My eyes widened and I covered my mouth.

"N-no Sir, I'm sorry. I was just taken away, I'm already sleepy." I slowly smiled at him.

"Okay fine, I'll sleep now." He sat on my little bed, he really looked like a giant. My bed is really small.

"Good night," I said and left the room.

I laid the bed on the floor and picked up the cellphone. I received another text from Ales saying that she’s done with the documents.

'Your name is Lucille Santos as you said.'

I smiled widely, good job Ales.

The next day, I woke up early to call the person I needed to fix his car. "Mr. John, please just fix that car outside. I think our crazy neighbors have been beaten up again."

"It's really kids. All right Lucille, I'm going now. Good morning."

"Good morning, Mr. John." I waved at him smiling.

"Hey Lucille, your payment for the house!" I gasped at Mercy's scream.

I immediately took my rent payment including water and electricity. "Wow, you're so kind now. I heard you have a visitor, did he pay for it?"

"Silly, that's my money. Please get out of my sight, Mercy, maybe you'll eat my guest."

"Ay, is he handsome? Yummy? Big?"

"Yes, but people like you are not allowed. Go ahead and stop what you are thinking." She stared at me before leaving.

"Hey—"

"It's yummy!" I covered my mouth when I realized I shouted that word. God! That Mercy girl is getting on my nerves… " Sir! Good morning, how long have you been there?" I asked nervously.

"How's my car?" Didn't you have a good morning?

"The person I called fixed it. Have breakfast before you leave."

"You have work?" I nodded in response to his question and prepared breakfast, "come with me when the car is fixed."

"Are you sure?" I asked but I didn't get an answer from him. How arrogant.

When we left, Mr. Jose said, "Okay Lucille."

"Thank you. This is a fee .."

"No need, you don't need to pay. I found out my son is the one who did it, I'm really sorry." I did not let him not accept the money.

"Please buy medicine for your youngest child. Goodbye ..."

I took Judiel's hand so we could leave. “Take it easy,” I said.

"The car is fixed but it looks like the writing can't be fixed." I bit my lower lip and looked at him.

His jaw tightened as he looked at his car full of letters and colors. It's totally a mess. My boys are doing their job, aren't they?

I said just destroy the tire, don't get dirty, crazy really.

"Let's go ..." He went inside first before I followed.

He was just driving quietly, I wanted to ask in case I was suddenly scared. It looks like this one is awake badly.

"Thank you," I said when we arrived at the restaurant where I work.

I was about to go out when he stopped me, "Here." He handed me the little card, I looked at it and it was a business card.

"W-why?" I asked, wondering why he gave me this.

"I will stay here for more than a month. Send me a message if you need anything." I was even more surprised.

"Why? I mean, there's no reason for me to message you."

"I just want to."
