Chapter Ten

*This is in Third person’s pov*

"I've brought the meat!" Tayo announced as he entered the kitchen.

"Is that why you're now shouting?" Wunmi said and collected the bag from him.

"Lara, please wash this meat, I'll slice the vegetables and fry them."

"Okay." Lara opened the bag. “This is very much.”

"Everything is not for the fried rice, some are for the 'Asun' (Barbecue).” Tayo said.

"Hello Mister," Lara faced him, frowning. "Don't give me headache here please, take the ones you want to use and go outside to grill them."

"Okay ma." Tayo collected the bag from her and took the meat he needed then he went outside.

Tayo, Wunmi and Lara were preparing food as Ade was arriving from Port Harcourt that morning.

"Are we going to take him from the airport or he's coming here from there?" Lara asked.

"Oh yeah, I didn't even ask Tayo about that." Wunmi peeped through the kitchen window and noticed Tayo
