Chapter 12: Maggie
They were peacefully eating the breakfast Ela cooked. Almost everyone seemed to have a really good mood after getting enough sleep. The sound of the utensils clashing at each other could be heard in the dining.
Mijo shoved his last strip of bacon and a spoonful of rice into his mouth. "Oy!" he suddenly yelled, making them flinch. The twins eyed him sharply. He was taken aback, wondering if he did something wrong.
Ela rolled her eyes. "Don't you know that it isn't nice to talk when your mouth is full? Manners please," she said shooking her head lightly.
"Chai! If Dad was here, he'll surely kick you out," Era added.
Mijo raised both of his hands in defeat as he swallowed his food. He drank his water and cleared his throat. "I just wanna say that we won't sleep here tonight. We'll go home and get some clothes," he said, pointing at himself, Black and Yuri.
