Chapter 2-Didi

Just like I had thought, I'm definitely under dressed!

I stare around me and gulp nervously. Everyone around me is looking so sophisticated and.... wealthy. The air scents of expensive wine and has sounds of gentle chatters. I clutch onto Kai's hands tighter, then release it immediately like I've been burned.

"I'm sorry," I apologize. It hasn't even been a minute! And I'm already making a fool of myself.

Dear lawd.

"It's okay, baby" He chuckles, pulling me by the waist closer to him. My heart does a freaking backflip because of the nickname.

Baby....it always sounds so sensual coming out of his mouth.

I'm someone's baby! Oh my lawd.

"Come on." He pulls me with him towards the desk, a calm look on his face. We stand in front of a red hair girl in a uniform, the tall wooden desk being the only barrier.

"Good evening, Sir. Good evening, ma'am. Welcome to Orion Restaurant , how can I help you?"

"Reservation for Mr Arnand." Is all he says. The girl nods and types something on the computer system in front of her.

"Oh yes! Mr Arnand and Miss Donna, follow me."

"This is so beautiful." I gush as I stare around me. The restaurant is truly beautiful. I can't help but stare at everything in amazement. I'm probably making a fool of myself now. Shit. Keep it together Didi, no one needs to know you ain't been to a five star restaurant before.

"It is," He answers me. I hum and turn to look back at him, noticing his eyes have been on me all this while.

Was he talking about me?

"And no, I don't mean the restaurant." He reads my mind and clarifies. I look down feeling my cheek burn.

Gosh darn, the amount of times I've blushed today.

"You look so beautiful, Didi. I don't think I'm ever going to get tired of telling you that." He reaches for my hand, his thumb caressing my skin. I smile.

"You're also looking quite attractive." I bite my lip. His eyes flit to the action for a few seconds, his eyes turning a shade darker and an indecipherable look on his face. And then he raises his gaze and the look is gone.

A waiter comes to our table. " Would you like to order, Mr and Mrs?"

I giggle nervously. "Miss," I correct the man, "We- we're not married."

"Oh, I'm sorry. Mr and Miss?"

"It's Okay. Where's-"

"Actually," Kai cuts me off, turning to look at the waiter. "We're not ordering anything now. I'll call you back when we need you, but bring me a red wine." He tells the man. The waiter nods and walks off, attending to the couple after us.

"Didi, baby," He calls softly. I hum as he continues to caress my hand. "There's someone joining us soon."

"What?" I frown, " I thought- I thought it was going to be just the two of us?" My voice drops in disappointment.

Was this a double date? He could've atleast let me know before hand.

"I know baby, but I promise you're going to like this." His lips tug up and I stare at him in confusion.

"Who-"

"Hope I'm not late?" A deeper voice says behind me. Their strong cologne hits my nose and I freeze momentarily. The person walks up to our table and stands in front of me and my eyes widen.

Holy shit! There's two of him. What the actual fuck? Kaivan Arnand has a twin? It isn't written in any of them magazines that he has a twin! What freaky shit is this?

I stare back and forth between the two, shocked and confused.

"What? There's two of you." I voice out. Kai smiles as his clone chuckles deeply.

"Yes, Didi. This is my twin, Kaysen." He introduces his clone.

"Older twin," The clone stresses out the word older as he casually sits next to me. Oh don't mind me, I'm just having a mini heart attack right now. No goddamn biggie.

"Don't start." Kai rolls his eyes at his clone who chuckles again. I literally just sit there and stare like a confused fool.

"Kace, this is Didi, beautiful Didi." His hand somehow finds it's way on my knees from beneath the table as he smiles at me. I gasp as Kai's clone grabs one of my hand and takes it in his. He caresses it but it doesn't feel as good and gentle as when Kai does it. But it does feel like my body's been lit on fire.

What is happening right now?

"Hello, Didi. You're even more lavishing than my brother described." He smirks at me, placing a soft kiss on my hand. I gasp again because I feel a zing when his lips touch my skin.

"H-h-hi," I breathe, my body rising in temperature as his ocean blue eyes stare into my soul.

"What's happening, Kai? Why's y-your brother here? Whom I didn't even know existed from the beginning might I add." I chuckle nervously.

"Don't worry yourself, love. We'll tell you everything you need to know." Kai smiles, rubbing my knees. The waiter arrives and drops the bottle of wine and leaves without a word.

"But before we proceed, wine?" I shake my head no but he goes ahead and pours into a cup anyway.

"I'll have some, brother!" Kai's clone, or Kaysen, says, taking the cup he had just half filled with alcoholic wine and drinks from it.

"Kai...." I'm getting a little impatient already. It's clear he didn't bring me here just for a me and him alone time and I want to know his real intentions.

"Alright alright," he chuckles heartily. " I'll cut to the chase." I nod, giving him the go ahead to speak. He turns to look at his brother and they seem to have like a telepathic conversation with their eyes. They both nod and Kai turns to face me again. I try to ignore the fact that Kaysen has moved far too close to me.

"We want to make you our woman."
