Chapter 59: A steamy moment

Cole closed his eyes, his hands on her waist by now and he pulled her even closer to him. This was on her consent and so he wasn't arguing.

Karen got to her feet and he automatically took the same action.

She pulled away from him to catch her breath and stared into his pleading eyes. He wanted this just as much as she did.

"Should we go to my bedroom?" She asked him.

Cole couldn't hide his surprise. Was she really suggesting they took things further? He had thought she was moving away from him because she had come back to her senses.

"Uh, y..yes." Of course, he couldn't decline the offer. He personally had no intentions to make love with her but it was difficult to say no to Karen.

Without uttering any more words, Karen took the lead and headed straight for the bedroom.

Cole tagged behind her with delicate steps, so many things going through his mind. He wondered if she was testing him at the moment. He found no reason why she would and so he played along regardless.
