Chapter 61: Do you still love your ex-husband?
Cole was still coughing but he tried to pay attention to where she was going, wondering if she was leaving him all by himself.
She returned after a few seconds with bottled water and handed it to him. "Here you go." She handed out to him but by then his coughing had seized.
"What the heck was that about? Are you okay at all?" She wondered, unable to hide how she felt.
"I'm fine." He nodded, trying to get her to believe that everything was going on in fine for him.
"You fucking coughed out blood, how on earth can you say you are fine?!" She couldn't believe her ears. He must have thought she was such a fool.
"Alright." Cole sighed and sunk further into his seat. He framed his head in her direction and sighed a second time. "I have hemoptysis."
"Oh my God." Karen's hands went straight to her mouth. "H..how long has this been? Is it life threatening or non massive?" She found
