3. The day she landed.

It was her 4rth day in Sydney, and after only 4 days her whole life was tarnished. After getting out of the elevator she composed herself and went to the restroom in the reception area. She looked at her self in the floor to ceiling mirror.  Except her wrinkled cloths she was looking presentable. She went to the pharmacy nearest to the hotel.

She had this habbit of keeping her phone all the time with her ,to see the schedules and goals she used to set for herself during her college days . She even used to sleep while holding her phone in her hand . That habbit really helped her today. Her bag was gone with all the other things but this morning when she woke up she found her phone was lying on the bedside table. She must have brought it with her when she went to the hotel room with that mystery man.

. She was glad that the first thing she did after coming to Australia was to open an account in the local bank and downloaded their app. Now she could pay for her stuff by her phone only.

On her way to pharmacy she tried to remember where and how things went wrong.

She recalled  her first day...

After meeting Arushi Sharma  she went to the two bedroom apartment in Parramatta Arushi sharma arranged for her to stay for a week. She was meant to stay with Arushi sharma . Two days perior to Sidha Singh's travel, her roommate who was supposed to move out with her partner broke up with her partner and didn't had any place to move out . Arushi sharma was with this girl from last 4 years, so she didn't had a heart to send her away her when she had no where to go,  so she called Sidha Singh who was still in India and told her the situation. Sidha Singh happily agreed with the arrangement but requested her not to tell mum & dad about it. It was already really very hard for her to convince them to send her to Australia alone. If they came to know about her living  arrangement in a shabby apartment with boys even for a week , they wouldn't have agreed at all and dadi (grandmother) would  have probably started her protest with" over my dead body" slogan.

It was a clean apartment but was in poor condition , she had to share it with 3 boys and one female roommate,  so according to the plan  after staying here for a week she'll move in with Arushi sharma . Her roommate was planning to visit her parents house for 3-4 months in Victoria after a week, meanwhile during these 3-4 months she will with Arushi sharma find a new accommodation to move in together.

She went to that room to leave her luggage which she was meant  to share with other girl, the room had no windows or any other source of ventilation, because of that it was really stinky and was suffocating. She came out  of the room as soon as she entered the it a

." It was so last minute I couldn't find anything better". Said saw Arushi sharma with an apologetic face , Sidha reassured her that she's fine with a set smile.

Sidha was tired and hungry, her plane landed early in the morning,  so Arushi sharma took her to near by restraunt to eat something.  After having breakfast she came back to her room and Arushi went to her university. After  university she had to go to work,  she was working as an intern in a local company  and had secured a place for Sidha Singh also.

Sidha Singh knew that she is going to meet Arushi in the evening only, so she went to her room to sleep. She had 14 hrs of journey so she was super tired and slept straight 6 hrs but because of the poor condition of bed and room she could sleep soundly.

She woke up at 3 in the afternoon, her back was sore due to sleeping in bad posture. She woke up ,washed up and went to the same restraunt where Arushi took her in the morning.  After eating late lunch she came back and had a shower.

The bathroom was nasty and the main problem was, it had no lock. Anyone can open it from outside. She took a mental note about the lock, luckily it was a Thursday so everyone was at work. After getting ready she came downstairs awaited for Arushi.

Arushi came around 6pm and she took her to see Daring harbour and surrounding areas.

Sidha loved every place they went. She was glad that she came to Australia to peruse her dream. It was indeed her dream city, but she didn't know that it was too soon to say that.
