“No,” I deadpanned giving him the most placated smile I could muster. “You need to get back into your car and see if you can get a life.” I fluttered my lashes, and before he could spew off some more of his cop bullshit, I cut him off – again!
“You see,” I said pointing a finger at the hood. “My cooler is broken. That means I don’t have a ventilation system for my engine. In case you don’t know what that means – which I’m pretty sure you don’t! – it means that my motor gets overheated if I drive too fast and will break down. It costs approximately 1500 dollars to repair it and since I don’t shit money, I never drive faster than 30.”
