“ROSE!”
Her name left my lips in a mix of rage and pain. I rushed over to her, and my training automatically kicked in. Blood was oozing from a hole in her chest, and she wasn’t moving. I dropped next to her, and to my relief, she still had a pulse. But it was weak and getting weaker with each struggling heartbeat.
“Fuck! Call an ambulance!” Decker, I think, called out behind me, as I covered her wound with my shirt, trying to stop the bleeding.
Well, fuck that!
“GRACE!”
I screamed her name from the top of my lungs, and within seconds, I noticed there was a big, barely visible blond next to me. But for some reason, my eyesight was getting blurry, and I didn’t understand why. I fucking needed to see!
