Chapter 47 Unofficial Husbands

Archer and Beam are both so quiet inside the vehicle while on the way back to the mansion. Beam did not ask Archer all about what he heard during the meeting and chose to just wait for his explanation. 

Earlier at GC, after all the stockholders left the boardroom, the family remained and just talked for a while about what had transpired but no discussions about what Archer said about him and Beam until they all left to go home. 

The car came to a halt in front of the mansion and the huge oak double door was opened for them but no one moved to go out. Archer seemed to be still in deep thoughts while Beam is the same. 

"Everything I said in the meeting was all my plans. I didn't discuss it with you before the meeting because I still don't know the outcome"
