Once inside the house she threw the person she was carrying onto the couch panting. Looking at the sorry figure of that person she decided to help at first.
"Heavy!!" Elaine let out a grunt when the burden finally left her back.
The first thing she had to do was take off the clothes. Whether it was a girl or a boy, it didn't matter. She just wanted to take a good rest after taking care of the extra baggage she found on her way back home.
Under the pale white light emitted by old tube light a girl swiftly but carefully removed the heavy outer the person was wearing. She carefully swept the long hair away from the face which was stuck together because of blood.
"Oh! It's a man", she nonchalantly said.
But Elaine was dumbstruck looking at the face in front of her. Although the face had wounds, ugly cuts and swollen eyes it was breathtakingly beautiful.
Smooth forehead, sharp jawline, high nose bridge and thin lips that looked tempting. But she was attracted by the small mole under the left eye. She had never seen a person as beautiful as the one beneath her.
She unconsciously moved her fingers to touch it. When her touch landed on the face the person beneath slightly frowned. He seemed to be in pain. Of course he would be in pain considering the wounds all over his body.
She was curious as to why he had so many injuries but decided to suppress her curiosity for the time being. But more importantly who was he? The celebrity she knew were all plastics and makeups and had some flaws but this man was different.
"Did he really fall from sky?" Elaine asked herself but quickly swept away her useless thought.
She cleaned his face using a warm bath towel avoiding the cuts as much as possible. . She rarely got injured so she didn't have the required ointments and medicines. After making sure he was lying down comfortably she put on her jacket and went out to buy medicine in pharmacy. She had to walk for 10 minutes before she finally reached a small pharmacy.
"Good evening grandpa", she greeted an old man who was reading paper through his glasses.
He looked up and gave a smile. "You finally decided to show up. I was worried I might die before seeing you", he chuckled slightly giving her a wink.
"Grandpa, it's not like that", she pouted slightly.
"Ha ha, still acting cute to get away ", he was amused, "what do you need?"
"I need ointment for bruises and cut, bandages also one fever reducing drug and cold syrup." She thought for a while and asked for a painkiller.
The old man looked at her and asked worriedly, "are you sick? Or hurt?"
She smiled awkwardly and denied, "I just thought it would be better to keep such things you know. "
Since she seemed fine he decided to not pry further into her matters. After thanking the old man she returned her home as soon as she could.
She was surprisingly worried about the stranger she left back home. It was probably because she had no one around her for almost two years. Though that stranger was an extra baggage she picked up she still felt little bit warm at one corner of her heart.
When her lonely house appeared in the sight she quickened her steps. She slowly opened the door and tiptoed inside to the living room where the wounded stranger was lying afarid she might disturb his rest.
She stood at the entrance and looked at the empty room that has trace of not a single soul. She looked at the blood stained couch where the man had lied.
He was heavily injured but he must have had the strength to leave as soon as she was gone.
"He's gone." Elaine felt a little lost seeing the empty room. Like the room itself her heart also felt a little empty.
"Good riddance", she smiled but a flash of disappointment could be seen in her eyes. She dumped her bag containing medicine on the table and walked to her room to change her dress. But before that she took out the cover of the couch and threw it into a dustbin.
She felt angry for no reason, 'weird' she thought to herself. Remembering the white shirt she hurriedly took it to the washing machine and after making sure it was clean she hanged it to dry and as for the other clothes she will wash them when she felt like it.
She looked around at the lonely house and at the bag that contained medicines and bandages.
"Whatever." She threw it on the table and went upstairs to her room to study. She had lost her appetite. "I might just sleep it away, hmphh." Elaine comforted herself.
Everything looks perfect. It was the perfect evening with the perfect scene of the evening sun that was setting on the horizon. Peace, serenity and contentment; a mixture of all these feelings overflew within Elaine as she looked at the silent beach while silently looking at the constant ebb of the waves. How long it had been since they saw something like this together, she wondered as her hands travelled to touch the back of Michael’s hand that was resting on her lap. Two figures stayed in silence that was equivalent to their inner peace and satisfaction on a bench near the sea looking at the seagulls that were flying on the great bluish red horizon. “Thank you for being with me all this time,” Elaine smiled as she looked at the profile view of Michael who had a faint smile on his well chiseled face. It was their 5th year of marriage; according to some people this amount of time was more than enough for th
After two years A beautiful and well-maintained Villa was in sight. It was surrounded by a huge plain land that was filled with beautiful flowers and plants. The whole scene looked quite mesmerizing and enchanting. The sun was high up in the sky by was slowly moving towards the western hills to hide itself amongst the clouds, painting the whole sky golden and a bright shade of red. One would probably call this setting romantic or better, a beautiful scene right out of a fairy tale. Few people were walking in the ground as they busily moved their hands to do the things that needed a lot of manpower and time to do. These people were dressed in neat and ironed maid and butler dresses. But no matter how much they tried to look like well-established gentlemen who were lending hand to the maids to work around, one could see their piercings and tattoos that looked fiercer in contrast
Elaine’s eyelid fluttered open as she felt his hot breath in her ear, making her a bit ticklish. It was winter, however, right now she felt like she was living in mid-summer. The heat surrounding her was enough to melt her. She moved her hand, her fingertips traced a straight line on his masculine back, caressing every muscle before finally reaching his nape. The heat was getting to her mind, making her delirious. However, she followed her desire to give everything to the man she loved, Michael, while taking everything she could from him. Feeling his soft but firm lips against her own, she blushed a bit. Even this small amount of intimacy caused her endless pleasure. Yet, it was just the beginning.
“Hey, where have you been?” Elaine looked with puffed up eyes and a red face, at the guy who was sneaking inside the hospital room. She was holding a pile of laundry in her hand as she glared at the man with red eyes full of questions. “Oops, I was caught right?” Michel who was still dressed in his hospital gown with a bandage around his stomach looked at Elaine with a half embarrassed and half smiling face. “What do you think?” Elaine rolled her eyes as she proceeded to keep the folded laundry in the wardrobe. Although he was caught sneaking, his face showed no sign of remorse or regret. In contrast, he seemed to be a little happy about it. No matter what he did, it seemed to him that he could not run away from his lover’s eyes. It kind of made him happy. “Well, I am back, aren’t I?” He winked while hiding something in his hand. He was holding something in his hand that he had gotten after sneaking out. He placed his h
Elaine did not know when or how they reached the hospital. All she saw was the bleeding man in front of her, the man she loved. He was unconscious and it was scary. She did not know what to do except for pleading with the nurses and doctors that were taking him for an operation. “Please, stay with me…” she pleaded as she held his hands. She was breaking down with each passing second. She was dying inside as she watched the weak light in his eyes dilate. “Please, get her to another ward to get a check-up,” the military head asked as soon as Michale was sent to the operating center. She could not believe it, she could not believe anything that was happening at the moment was real. Most importantly, she did not want to believe it was real. She did not want to leave his side no matter what. “Please, miss,” the nurse managed to separate her away from Michale who was heading to the operating room. He needed to get surgery soon, otherwise, he was going to die cause of blood loss. Elaine
Elaine was too shocked and frozen to understand and react to what was happening all of sudden. So, she watched with her eyes opened up in surprise at the devil that was running towards them, well, her to be more precise. …… “What is the situation over there? A man dressed in military dress spoke in his walkie talkie. “Sir,” a man who was in a slightly lower rank than him said with a slightly hesitant voice as he looked at the surrounding around him. They had come here in an important mission as they had gotten a confidential information from their undercover agent that someone from the government was being held hostage by the convict who was supposed to have been dead in the raid 3 months ago. The place they were at was located in an extremely deserted location that even they had hard time finishing. Whoever the person was, he had to salute that person for being able to contact them even while being held hostages. But, it
“Oho, little missy.” Dave saw that Elaine had somehow loosened the rope that had bound her hand. “Are you trying to escape from here?” he asked with a mockery smile on his face. The look on his face clearly said that he was not going to let her leave this place alive or dead. “Dave!” Elaine muttered the name half conscious, half asleep. There was no way he was going to let the girl who ruined their perfect plan and reduced it to nothingness to go away from his hands. Elaine looked at her hands and turned her attention to the guy who was slowly advancing toward herself. ‘Just a little more,’ she encouraged herself to not give up and continued with the work of untying the rope. If she was going to leave this place alive, no one else was going to help her except herself. She did not want anything to happen to others anymore. Taking a deep breathe she looked at the side and saw the lifeless body of Ark which was b

“Where is everyone?” A man dressed in a black tailored suit was standing on an elevated platform that was on the center of the ground. “Is everyone dead?” He shouted out loud but the only thing that replied back to him was his own reflected voice. He was surrounded by black chairs from all around and with how dark the room looked, the person looked much more intimidating than he was. The size of the room was immense but the presence of the man was much greater than the room itself. Hearing his voice, a man who was also dressed formally came running forward from the door. From the looks of it, he seemed to be some kind of security guard. “B-Boss..” He was staggering as he walked. From how surprised and taken aback he looked, there was no doubt, the visit from this Boss was unexpected. “Oh, here comes someone,” he chuckled as he spoke. His eyes followed the movement of the man from the moment he had entered the hall. Seemed
