Shannon was in the kitchen when we entered the next morning
"Hey guys, there's cereal in the cupboard if anyone's hungry"
"Ok, thanks," I say going to the cupboard and getting two bowls down for Desert and me
"So what's going on today?" I ask putting a bowl of cereal in front of Desert,
"Well, a few of the rogues should be here soon, and I spoke to your great grandparents last night"
"I didn't even think to call them, with everything going on"
Shannon just looked at me and smiled
"It's ok, I'm sure they understand, any way you'll be able to explain soon enough"
"What do you mean?"
"They are on their way"
At that moment Acre, Sky, Lanna and Gregory came into the kitchen
"Oh, it will be so nice to see Christie and Antony again," Lanna said
"Are you ok?" I ask Lanna who was still looking tired
"Yes, just tired"
"Maybe you should go rest some more"

We are all up early the next morning standing around the kitchen table with a large map in front of us, "Ok guys, I think we all need to go on foot, If they are waiting for you four then all the roads are going to be watched," Grandpa says pointing to me Acre and the girls. Nodding I say "Ok so we need to get into the forest and head west, picking up the pack on the way and wind around to the mountain", Everyone is thoughtful for a moment before Desert laughs and says "Erm ok, so once we get to the forest we all know what we are doing but erm well has anyone actually thought about how the hell we are gonna get to the forest, you know this town being watched". We get to the meeting point checking to make sure we are not being followed along the way, "Hey is everyone ok?" We decided to camp for the night as everyone was tired. Acre, Donny and a few of the rogues went to hunt some meat so we ended up feasting on deer. Desert wasn't talking to me so I waited until everyone was getting ready to bed down for the night before I said "I'll be back soon, just some business to take care of" before I strolled over to Desert and hoisted her over my shoulder and stomped through the trees leaving the sound of everyone's laughter behind us. Grandpa leads us to a big tent amongst the other tents and leaves us to rest for a while. Food is sent to us and for the next few hours, I spend time in a soft blanket holding my mate who is sleeping soundly in my arms. "Ocean?" By the time we had gotten up and ready most of the tents had been taken down, as we stood watching the commotion for a moment a wolf came up to us, "Good morning sirs, madams, your breakfast is waiting over there by that fire," he said pointing "Oooo breakfast," Lanna said pushing her way over to the food, "Errr well, yes ill be taking your tent down before we all set off," the wolf said snapping his fingers to get the attention of two other wolves, he then bowed to us and got to work taking our tent down. We set off earlier this morning when it was still dark, everyone was apprehensive about what was to come, most people were quiet thinking about what their futures would hold or their loved ones that had been left to wait for their return if they were to return, Lanna was acting strange well stranger then normal, she was humming a tune with a vacant expression on her face, Gregory kept looking around clearly unsure what to do until he could take it no more, "Lanna, honey are you ok?"
