KADEN'S POV

I frown my face while listening to her words.

"Two can play this game" she says suddenly smiling.

I knew at once she was up to no good but then what and how were the basic things I tried thinking of immediately.

Just in cue a gunshot was fired into the crowd, my eyes almost falling out of their sockets as I saw the bullet had marked her.

She had been shot by her side, blood oozed out of the spot and fired the first time in my entire life I was perplexed.

I knew not what to do or say or think, I wanted head as she slumped to the floor, her eyes suddenly closing shut.

I feel my very own blood run dry as well and my heart thudding really loud… so loud for everyone to hear.

My heart beat for her at this moment, to my feets holding her close. I place pressure in the spot where the gun shot pierced into her skin testing to reduce the outflow of blood.

Swiftly I raise her off her feets, holding her against my chest I run off the podium which had been arranged towards my room.
