Chapter 31
Anna's POVWe stood there. Kimberly stood beside me and the four others stood opposite us. It looked like we were having a sparing match. To be honest, I had no idea why I sat to talk with Kimberly. I just felt something tell me to stay to talk. It was fun though. I resolved that I would do my best to get her out of that bitchy attitude. The Kimberly I talked with wasn't the one who tried to bully me. That was when I confirmed that the attitude she showed at school was far from the real her. Besides, there was nothing wrong with hanging out with her. I sent an icy glare at Mason. What did he think he was doing? What was with all these people who wanted to defend me when I had everything ability to defend myself. Had he forgotten so soon that he and I got off on an awfully wrong foot? He did try to embarrass me in front of a lot of people. If I could forgive him, why wasn't I allowed to forgive the ex royal bitchness over there?Unfortunately for him, Mason did not seem to see the dea

Chapter 32
Anna's POVI gave my parents a deadly glare. "We are so sorry you had to spend your afternoon with those two," my mom said while giving me a hug after we made sure Carly and her brother were gone. I glared at them some more. Carly had insisted on staying in my room until I had to drag her out. By dragging her out, I mean taking her by the arm and literally pulling her away. She sat down on my bed and held on to the frame. I just pulled her some more until she landed on the floor and dragged her out of my room. I then locked it to make sure she didn't go back. Unfortunately for her, I had to pull her down the stairs back to where her brother patiently sat like a normal human being. The part where I actually pitied her a little was when we realized Dex was there. He came to make sure I had gotten home in one piece. From what he said, Kathy told him I was home but he still wanted to see me with his own eyes. Being seen on the floor like a baby must have been embarrassing for Carly, not

Chapter 33
Anna's POVI woke up with a start. What the hell was that about? It was a dream alright but it felt so real. Too real if you ask me. I checked the time to see that it was three minutes past two in the morning. Great. There went the little sleep I could gather for the night. Knowing my body, there was no humanly possibly way I was going to sleep again anything before dawn. "Maybe writing in my diary would help," I said to myself and smiled. It felt like ages since I talked to myself out loud. No, I did not feel like using that diary. It normally took a lot of strength to go and find it before. Instead, I settled on listening to music. I took up my mini speakers and started playing. That did the trick. Soon enough. I was feeling sleepy and gratefully went to bed. ♠♠♠"What's going on?" I asked Vanessa when I got to school. Everything was different. There were several colors adorning the school

Colton's POVThe game was so great. It felt nice to be on the field again. We hadn't had a single match in the last three months and my body had begun to itch for some ball action so you can imagine how happy I was to hear that Starlights wanted to settle their scores with us.  After talking to Annabelle, I went to the locker room to take a shower and change back into my uniform - unfortunately. I wondered why she wasn't sitting with Vanessa and Brooke at the bleachers. Actually, during the match, I was looking among the crowd for them. I saw the other two but to my surprise, Annabelle was not with them. The first thought that came to my mind was that she didn't like football and probably left.  I was about turning back into the pitch when on second thoughts, I searched for her again. If I was playing, I knew she would stay to cheer me on because left for her, our school could lose and she wouln't even care.

Third person's POVThe next morning, Anna came down from her room to take her packaged breakfast from Katherine, the way she always did on each school day. "I'll see you later, Kathy," she told her as she left the kitchen. "Have a nice day, Belle," the woman said to her. The uniformed girl got to the sitting room on the ground floor to receive an unnerving shock. Her dad was sitting there, looking like he was waiting for her. "Good morning, Ameera," he said. "Can I have a word with you before you leave?""Yes," she replied stiffly.Basha sighed. "Ameera, I want to apologize," he started. "I have failed you as a father. I always knew but the gravity of my deed finally dawned on me last night. I'm so sorry, my child."Anna examined his face very well. Her father sure was a sight to behold. With his very white skin, he looked like an American. All his features were sharp. From his jawline to his high cheekbones. He had black bushy eyebrows and his eyes were brown. He always made sure

Chapter 36
Anna's POVAll movement stopped when I walked into the venue of the party with Kumberly with me. All the students there turned to look at us. Screw them.  "Are you sure this is a good idea?" Kimberly asked me.  "Yes, Kim, I'm sure. In fact, I am one hundred percent positive." She still looked worried. "If you say so." "Look," I said to her when we got to an empty table and sat down. "You can't keep hiding yourself in that library every single day of your life. Yeah, every living soul of a student in this school is talking about you at the moment but that does not matter. What matters is that you have actually changed and it is their loss if they don't have want to believe it." I bought out my phone so that I could text Anas and she followed suit, bringing out her ear buds as well.  Me: Hey bro. Anas: How are you, Ameera?

Chapter 39
Anna's POVI threw my parents a deadly glare, one that would make them regret deciding to torture me. "We are so sorry you had to spend your afternoon with those two," my mom said while giving me a hug after we made sure Carly and her brother were gone. I glared at them some more. Chapter 40
Anna's POVIt was another Tuesday. For some reason, I was in very bad spirits. I felt strange, too strange for my own liking. It certainly had nothing to do with the fact that Tuesday was a constant reminder of my beloved nanny's death. Sure, I was naturally sad on that day but this particular thing was something else. I just decided to shrug it off. I felt that it might have been nothing after all. Maybe I was simply overthinking things.  "Hey, Anna," Vanessa said when I joined her in our homeroom.  "What's up?" I replied half heartedly.  "You're up," came the unexpected reply.  "What do you mean?" I asked. The confusion I felt was evident in the look I gave her.  "To be honest, I don't know how this concerns you," she began, "but Kimberly is in some kind of trouble and everyone is blaming it on you." I hissed. What was with R
