CHAPTER 21 – CRAZY IN LOVE

Tyson’s povAs I scanned my office looking at the mess, I had created I smelt roses and lavender, ‘mate’ Ash howled in excitement. Had she not forsaken us? Had she come back or did she even live? I followed the scent banging the door open to our bedroom. Her smell lingered on the bed. Was I mistaken? Just then the bathroom door opened, and she came out with a white robe swirling around her body.Just knowing she hadn’t left me, hadn’t left us, made me go insane with joy. Unable to control my emotions, my strides grew faster and longer. She looked at me, shocked. Did I scare her…that did not matter?I craved for her, her entirety, and right now nothing could stop me, not even the moon goddess herself. I pushed my hungry lips on her, pushing her towards a wall, as she lost her footing, I placed my left hand on the backside of her head, ensuring she wasn’t hurt. The kiss was sexy and wild, I c

CHAPTER 22 – TWISTED TYRANT

‘had I gone insane?’ yes, that must be the only plausible reason as to why acted I that way. I wanted to feel his heat so bad, those soft lips, wild yet passionate kisses….no Sera…stop thinking, it is only the mate bond, the freaking MATE BOND, nothing more, you do not love him, you are acting, remember, you have to save your pack members, a WEEK is all you have.Get your rationality straight. Stop acting like a lovesick puppy. Damn, I am seriously going to give in when I turn 20. I hated myself for feeling this way. I couldn’t hate him or love him. The air felt stiffening.‘knock, knock’ a doctor and the spectacle guy entered, who I have come to know his name, Zane, the beta of Twilight night pack. ‘Hi dear, I’m Priscilla, the nurse, Alpha King has requested you to be treated, so feel free to talk to me, if you want I can send him out too’ she flashed her pearl white teeth.&ls

CHAPTER 23 – I HATE YOU

Sera's POV‘oh, it will, I will make sure of that’ he smirked. ‘I don’t care how you acted among your peers, but I am not a fan of back talking’.‘I don’t care, this is how I am, if you cannot accept me, then you may well as rej-‘ I was caught off-guard as his lips crashed into mine. Can he at least let me finish my god damn sentence? Did he think I would become submissive just because of a kiss….dream on.I curled my hands into a ball of fist and punched him in the gut. I took this chance to push him away and make an attempt to escape, let me makes this clear ‘an attempt’ because the next thing I knew I was spun around with my back facing his shoulder as he tightly held my arms in place, making it difficult to break free.‘try acting like this once more, and you won’t be having a place to return too’ he breathed ne

CHAPTER 24 – SILENT TREATMENT

Sera's POVI followed him until a series of archways greeted us. ‘the map can be tricky at times, but you will get used it’.‘I’m bad at directions’ I confessed. Well, that was what brought me into this hell of a mess, after I mistakably saw him on the balcony. I wonder why he was there that night? In that ruined castle.‘Is there any lost castle in the woods?’ I asked, he stopped walking, baring a cold stare in my direction. He opened his lips, barely whispering ‘how do you know?’ I dint know what happened or if it was a secret base. I could tell I had crossed a line. What were that even hiding in that lifeless mansion which was about to fall apart?‘I got lost when I went for a run and accidently found it’ I replied. There was nothing to hide, was there? Except for seeing Tyson on the balcony. He looked at me for a few se

CHAPTER 25 – HEAT

Sera's POV‘Sera….SEraaa….SERRRAAA….’ someone kept calling through the mind link. It was hard as it is to sleep, and now it wasn’t even dawn yet. Anyway, I listened. ‘what?’ I asked.‘Cason is back!’ Zallen screamed from the other side. ‘REALLY!!’ I jumped right out of a bed and hurriedly threw some clothes on my body and jumped out of the window. I was faster this time, since I knew the route and to my surprise there were lesser guards than usual.I took the stairs and knocked on their door. The blonde girl opened it, giving me a ‘what the hell look?’. My morning was ruined I cursed myself. Ignoring her, I let myself in. I was guided towards a room where Cason was bedridden attached to iv drops. He had bandages wrapped around his shoulders, arms and his rig

CHAPTER 26 – CLAIMING HER

Tyson’S POVFor the past few days, I have been deranged without my mate’s dose. I have been in pain, unable to claim her or mark her as MINE, it’s driving me insane. What should I do? What can I do to make her feel better?‘for starters, you can let go of your anger’ Ash replied with a smug.‘talk like that and I am going to shut you off when I make love to her’ I smirked.‘come on, I’m joking, I love her. Free Cason and the other members from the death penalty and I think she will forgive us’ Ash suggested.‘Is there a chance that I could kill Cason and get away with it, I don’t like him, you know how he thought about our mate?’‘yes I agree with you but kill that person and forget seeing our mate smile’ Ash replied. I seriously hated when he was right, especially when it concerned our mate.‘I hope she is doing well

CHAPTER 27 – LOSING MYSELF

Sera's POVI was regaining consciousness when I smelt a familiar smell, “TYSON?” My mind screamed like a broken alarm. My eyes shot open, grasping the full view of his chest made my heart squirm in heat. ‘shit…what is this? How did I end up here?’ I whisper yelled at my pathetic self.I recalled yesterday’s events, but nothing prominent came to my mind. My last memory was when he barged in. I don’t remember what I spoke about or what happened. I guess it was for the best rather than to remember the embarrassing details. His hands swirled around my waist locking me in place. I had to leave before he does something unfathomable. My hair remained Red, I hoped he might have forgotten in the heat of the moment.I slightly shifted my body away from him, hoping I could escape before his gaze traps me again. But no that didn’t happen. He pulled me closer, wrapping his a

CHAPTER 28 – COMPLICATED FEELINGS

Sera's POV After he was done drying my hair, he gave me some space to change. I was not in the mood to play dress up, so I pulled out a baby pink hoody that had cute cat ears near my stomach and paired it up with black leggings.‘Are you ready’ he asked, standing only a few feet away from the door all the while I was changing. I had to pinch myself down to not just kick the door open and crush him into a hug. I was like an animal in heat, and I seriously dint want to know how he was controlling his urge.‘I’m done’ I opened the door facing him. Those blue gems of his always capture me and take me to a state of trans. I gazed at him for a good few minutes before I broke eye contact. I could feel the frustration as he signed.‘come, I have somewhere to take you’ he clasped my right hand, and I flinched because of the sudden spark as we made contact. ‘you can

CHAPTER 30 – BARRED

‘A fraction of a second is all it takes for your trust to be broken and I wonder how helpless I am in the face of time, all it takes is a second for everything to come crashing down, your dreams, your desires, your hope, all lost in a fraction of indecisiveness’.They kept baring their fangs at each other, and within a second Cason was on the floor struggling for air as Tyson’s paw pierced through his skin, blood trickling down to its sides. I was petrified, I wanted to move, to breathe, but the sight before me had me in shackles, my voice was barely audible.‘Breather Sera’ I screamed to myself, another minute, and Cason will be lying in a pool of blood. ‘Stop’ I pushed away the ferocious black beast whose eyes held nothing but venom. He bared his fangs at me, looking at me with distrust. ‘Stop this’ I raised my pitch ‘or I am going to die here’ I threatened to step onto the balcony rail
