Sam replied quietly, her tail wagging betraying her excitement.   “Ok, I think we should wait until we leave, I just have a feeling that Henry isn't telling us everything,” Thomas said annoyed. “I was going to suggest that because I have the same feeling.” Sam said her tail lashing. I wouldn`t be surprised if he had something to do with the pups being kidnapped. Sam was brought out of her thoughts by Thomas announcing it was time to go. She scarfed down the rest of her food and got up. They started walking and Sam looked around her.  They were surrounded by trees, flowers, bushes, tall grass, and in the far distance she could see the mountain peaks. From this distance, it looked as if it was more than a few weeks away.  Rain was walking in the back to keep an eye out for danger from behind and to help anyone who fell behind. “What was lifelike before the pack split? Was there plenty of food to feed a huge pack?” Cl

The main reason is that you would reject me as your son.” Clarence laid down ashamed that he could not tell his father for fear of being rejected.  He looked shocked and taken aback by his son`s reply “No, I would never reject you regardless of your sexuality you`re still my son.” Thomas licked Clarence`s fur reassuringly and laid down beside him.  I do not know why he`d think that I love him unconditionally. Thomas wondered as he walked over to Sam and laid down for the night.  Sam looked over as He came over and laid down “What's troubling you Thomas?” It seems like something is troubling him since he spoke to Clarence. I wonder if it has to do with what Fred told us about Clarence being gay. Sam was deep in thought when Thomas replied. “I’m wondering how my own son felt like he couldn’t tell me he was gay. That I had to find out from the wolf that he picked as a mate and the one who kidnapped him no less.

Thank you for reporting in and bringing back prey. Give it to Rain, she needs to keep her strength up. Without waiting for a response or that his order was followed Frank left. As he entered his den, he found Clarence curled up asleep. He must`ve come in after the meeting and laid down to sleep. He decided to go ahead and leave to let Clarence sleep since he has not been able to sleep lately. Frank left their den and called a meeting for the clan to gather in a circle. He stood up straight tail erect “I know it’s been chaos with another pack joining us and that it's unheard of two packs combining. So, I want to reestablish the pecking order with their pack joining us. Sam has agreed to step down as their alpha and to let me be alpha, we will also hold the ranking ritual for the pups in the summer as we usually do. For right now we need a beta and warriors to defend this pack with their lives if necessary. Thomas, I Want you to be a scouter for new members and keep track of a

He said as he saw Thomas open his mouth to speak then closed it.  That is all and I wanted to announce that we need to start training the pups for the rank battles in the spring. “What about the other traditions though and are we going to abandon the rest of them too?” Fern, one of the oldest members of the pack, stepped forward. “No, we`re not going to abandon the rest of the traditions, it's just that times are changing, and we need to adapt, or risk being wiped out.” Frank turned around and walked to his den signaling that the meeting was over. Frank walked over to Gabriel in the clearing beside Claire licking her face affectionately.  Good evening Gabriel I talked to the council, and they agreed to your proposal, I announced it to the pack just now, but it will not have any effect on any mates already made with wolves lower than pup rank. “Well, that’s good news that the council agreed to it. I'm surprised they agreed knowing that the council is

"I'm sorry that happened to you and for leaving without permission also for getting my brother hurt," Tiny said sympathetically but not sorry for leaving. Tiny walked over to where Ben was laying down and laid down beside him watching his breathing. She carefully comforted him when he started fidgeting and whining in his sleep. Once he settled down, she closed her eyes and let sleep take her. When Thomas walked by with Kim taking turns keeping an eye on Ben so Rain could sleep, he saw Tiny asleep next to her brother protectively. He could not help but smile wistfully at the closeness the siblings had wishing his brother had survived their birth. He sat down next to Kim watching Ben out of the corner of his eye while listening to the bustle around camp. He got up when he saw Frank and Clarence bring in an orphaned pup that was a little older than tiny and her littermates, but too young to be eating solid food. When Thomas got over there, he saw how underfed the pup was.
