I wake up, still holding a little person in my arms. He stirs softly. “Hey Theo.” I smile and kiss his forehead. “Hello Aunty Gale.” He smiles and hus me tightly.  “Shall we go and eat breakfast?” I ask. It’s Thursday morning. The funeral is tomorrow. The funeral service was beautiful. It was sad at the same time. The attributes to my sister and her husband were beautiful. I gave a speech, and brought Theo up with me.  It's Monday today. That means I have to go to work. I drive Theo to his kindergarten. I walk out with him, hand in hand. A lady comes to greet me.  "Hello. You must me Miss Armstrong. Theo's godmother." The next morning, i drop Theo off. I have put on jeans and flip flops. He hasn't sent me the dresses, so I'm not wearing them until I have them. I drive to work. Everyone eyes my footwear.
