I watched him disappear and then I exhaled a deep breath. Ok, I thought. Time to get organized. I dug through the closet for my favorite blue jeans and my purple blouse. { Caroline }   I took a deep breath in of my baby girl’s sweet scent to calm my nerves but it didn’t seem to be enough. I felt a hand on the small of my back that was rubbing circles to calm me down and I knew by the feeling it had to be my mate’s. I turned and I saw that he was talking to a few warriors from our  pack. I felt a soft smile on my face before I could stop it, even when he was busy he could still sense my unease and helped to calm me down.   I sighed deeply for the umpteenth time today as my eyes wandered off to the forest ahead of us. We had a decent journey ahead of us today, but we would be mostly making the trip as wolves so it wouldn’t last too long.
