After yesterday's nightmare I couldn't sleep anymore. I was afraid that the nightmares would return. Yesterday's nightmare felt so real. Apparently, Lila saw it fit to head to the park- Pére Lachaise cemetery to be precise- Etienné glanced at me when Lila had told us where we were going. He brought be here when he took me sightseeing. I smiled at him, telling him i understood.   In the car Ace and Meredith seemed to be having fun talking to each other but of course Mer's hand never left Etienné's. It was as though she was scared that once she let him go,I was going to snatch him. At a point, I got tired of sitting alone, doing nothing so I began playing billiards on my phone which later erupted a conversation between Ace and I.   "You play pool?" He asked.   I smiled.   "Yes but not in real life. I'm pretty sure I won't hit a single ball in" I told him   "Oh come on, I'm pretty sure you can. I play pool."   "Really?" I asked suprised.   "Yes" he answered.  

It was 6pm and I was halfway through the documents Cal had emailed to me. I was planning on finishing before dawn and then maybe treat myself to a nice warm bath for the job well done-if I wasn't lazy.    You know the saying that goes your plans aren't the same as the maker or whatever,turns out it was true.    How did I figure this out?   Ace came knocking on my door.   "Hi Cupcake" He greeted.   "Hey Milkshake Spiller"    "You're busy?" How?...... Why was she......... Seeing Meredith cry was something I thought I'd never experience but here I was standing at the entrance of the room contemplating if I should go in or not. "Meredith?"  She sniffed and stood up hastily while cleaning her face with her palm. "Are you alright?"
