**Valerian's P.O.V.** It was finally they day of graduation. I had gone a few days ago to a tattoo parlor and had the signature on my wrist tattooed there. Thanks to Koa I was able to fully heal it by this morning. I had spent the half day at school getting signatures in my year book and giving them. They were mostly from the choir class and teachers, but the entire football team signed it as well thanks to Tommy. I actually enjoyed myself since I didn’t have to see Fang or his lousy friends at all. I was glad to be able to spend my last day in high school in relative peace. By time the afternoon came I was ready to race home so I could get dressed for the graduation tonight. I took a shower and then blow dried my hair before getting dressed. **Valerian’s P.O.V.**   I woke up early like I normally did and made myself breakfast. I ate then took a shower and put on my navy blue work uniform. I had time to get a nice run in before heading to work was what I was thinking as I slipped on my black slip resistant sneakers and tied them. I slicked my hair back with some gel and grabbed my house keys. I picked up my lunch box and put my phone in my pocked. Then I stepped out the door and locked the door once I closed it behind me. I had my lunchbox in hand as I stepped down the steps. I was halfway through the yard as I headed towards the fence when I heard the screeching of tires. I began to jog towards my fence and when I got out of it I saw a beat up gray sedan driving away. I looked around and saw a girl with a fence post sticking through her rib area. I bent down when she groaned and knew she was alive. I knew she was a wolf shifter or else she would be dead from that hit. I gripped the

I apologize for not updating recently. I haven't given up on the story, but I am struggling to want to write. I thought honesty would be best here. I am working on more chapters as much as I can, but I am dealing with some stuff in my life. I only hope you can wait just a little longer for an update while I deal with what I have going on. **Jax P.O.V.** I had been so excited to go on a date with Valerian. Titus was going crazy when we arrived to Valerian’s house and heard him singing. I had to adjust my pants so it wouldn’t be too obvious how turned on I already was. I didn’t want to interrupt him singing so I bent down and took out the spare key under the mat and unlocked his door. I slid the key into my pants pocket before I opened the door and walked in.
