**Valerian’s P.O.V.** When I woke up my body was tangled around Jax and the blanket. I looked over at the alarm clock next to his bed and saw that it was already two thirty in the afternoon. I yawned as I began to stretch and untangle myself from him. I heard a groan come from Jax before I felt him tighten his arm around me. I chuckled before pressing my lips against his bare chest.   “Baby, why are you awake so early?”   He asked with a sleep filled voice. I chuckled again and moved so that I was sitting up with his arms locked around my waist.   “Jax, it is already after two in the afternoon”   I told him causing him to open his eyes wide. He looked at me with confusion written all over his face. 

** Valerian’s P.O.V. **  We spent a bit of time at the hospital with Armand and Artemis before we were finally able to leave. I was given a few days off work so my injury could heal and I planned to make the most of my time with Jax. After we left Artemis’s room we went to the elevator hand in hand. I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know I am so sorry that I haven't updated at all. I have been dealing with a lot in my personal life that has kept me from writing.
