Feeling Elder kiss me was strange, new. Something like this couldn't be happening. Not between us. Even though my lips followed his rhythm I involuntarily placed my hands on his chest and pulled away."I can't do this," I said, "do you think I'm stupid?" I will not fall for your game again. What will you do next? Will you say that you brought me to the forest to fuck me? —I walked away— Forget it, Elder, I don't trust you.I gave him a quick look and turned on my heel, walking away. He had stayed without saying a single word, just listening to me, which I was grateful for. I almost ran to the back door of the school. I was grateful that there was no one. I could see a little blood on the dry leaves on the ground. When I entered the corridors I looked for Flavia somewhere, finding her in her locker that was next to mine."Flavia" I positioned myself next to her."Amara, I thought you'd take longer." She closes her locker looking at me.“Elder is an idiot."What did he do to you now?" -

The next morning I get up to do what I do every morning: I go to the bathroom, take a shower, go out and get ready for another day of school. What happened yesterday has me a little shocked. I mean, I made out with the girl called Lasy, Flavia had been jealous of me and what she did with Karla. There are so many things. That is to say, I had to talk seriously with Flavia to be able to clarify things; I didn't want to lose their friendship. He had taken a liking to her."Good morning," Flavia tells me as she goes to the bathroom. I looked that Karla was still asleep in her bed."Good morning," I replied awkwardly. I thought you wouldn't talk to me. That was a good sign, wasn't it? Flavia goes into the bathroom so I'm left alone with Karla, who was beginning to stir.I finish my hair and take some money to pay for breakfast.Karla yawns, sitting up on the bed.—Agh, I don't want to go to class —he complains— how did you sleep, Amara? —he asks me—Didn't we keep you awake last night? He m

When we got back to school, nobody said anything, it was almost ten at night. That is to say, he had not entered classes all day because he had spent most of the time following clues and hiding evidence. The five of us were in the cafeteria, sitting at a table near the pool. Everything was half dark and there was no one. Not a student.-What do we do now? Karla breaks the silence.Wade was staring off into space, perhaps processing what had just happened.—I don't know, pretend that nothing happened? Flavio answers."No one will talk about this," says Elder. "We will make a pact." This day never existed. Nobody knows anything. Burn your clothes, do whatever with them but make them disappear."Pretend as if nothing happened?" —now it's Wade who speaks— There are two girls who will never return to their homes, one was almost a girl and the other... was Amara's age. The two of them... deserved more than being cremated in the woods.Wade was right, now I remember why it caught my attentio

Elder was kissing me, however, instead of pushing him away like the first time, I let him do it. I wrapped my arms around his neck as I felt the softness of his lips. His hand travels from my neck to my back, I felt the chills run down my spine. I admit that this felt very good, too good. But his hand went from my back to lower, so I quickly moved it up.Elder stops kissing me to leave wet kisses on my neck, near my ear."I want to eat you," he whispered, it was a whisper that gave me a bit of bewilderment but I let it go. When Elder puts his hand under my shirt there I do stop him and pull away."We shouldn't do this." I tucked loose strands of hair behind my ear.“Don't start on your stuff,” he tells me, trying to kiss me again. But I walk away Elder was strange and besides that he had a girlfriend."Excuse me, but I'm not your toy with whom you play from time to time." I crossed my arms, somewhat indignant. He frowns."Who says you're a toy?"—It seems. You only come to me when you

"It's hockey class!" Flavia exclaims, going to where I am. I was at my locker putting some books in when she showed up. Alone this time. I wonder where he left Karla. "Are we going to watch the training?" he asks me, taking my arm.I scrunched up my face in some denial."I don't know if it's..." I started to say, but she interrupted me:—Cheer up, I've noticed you're a bit thoughtful these days so we have to cheer up a bit. Just for a while, okay?I thought about it: I had nothing else to do so it wouldn't be bad to spend time on other things.-It's okay.We walked in the direction of the huge hockey hall. When you are a millionaire you can have whatever you want. I mean, everyone here was so... a hockey field was nothing to them. When we arrive, there are many girls watching the training. The boys played on the track while the coach corrected them. Flavia and I sat in the last few steps, a little apart from the others."What time did you come back last night?" -asks me.-Early. I thi
