Elizabeth’s POV-The car comes to a stop right before Angie’s home and the door comes open but before I can step out, his voice stops me mid-reach. “Angie can go and not you”.‘What?’ I’m still surprised when Angie hurriedly gets off quickly as Nova holds the door open. She looks frazzled as she uses her eyes to plead with me as if telling me to obey him and not get him angry. Wincing as I slow down a little, I’m drawn back by the surging pain stinging from beneath my foot. Elizabeth’s POV-“The bitch’s finally cracked, she’s gone crazy!” Not like their claims are false at all, but I think it’s far worse than that as she begins to drive her nails into the boy’s face, unflinching from his desperate struggles and cries to be set free.It feels unreal, the speed she quips and the fluid movements of her body as she attacks her assailants.
