Daisy noticed that her phone had stopped playing the music she assigned it to. Daisy took the bold steps to walk into that office, as she could feel her legs trembling underneath her. It took a lot of energy to push the door open and she wondered why the door was that hard, perhaps, that was just her being nervous and anxious. Some part of her in a big way, wanted to turn around and run away as fast as she could and damn the consequences, forget about the pay, forget about the job, forget about the sweet rates.
