Alcandar’s povSeeing Mirabella standing right in front of me after I have thought for the pass weeks that she was dead really sparked an element of surprise within me.I was speechless and struggles to speak out even a single word. I just stared at her in what must look to her like awe whereas it was nothing but pure shock and surprise.Anyone that know me knows how I do not do well with surprises. I hate to be taken unaware. I always have this satisfactory feeling within me when everything is just under my control. If you understand this, you would understand why I hate to be surprised. She just stared back at me with some sort of contentment. Like she expected this kind of reaction from me and I was feeding onto her expectations. Well I wouldn’t blame me. Someone you thought was dead suddenly out of no where just pull off in front of you with as much sinister smile as they could muster. That will invoke surprise out of anyone.I don’t know what the heck I did to the moon goddess

Alcandar’s POV“What more do you want from me? Haven’t you had enough already? Ever since I know you have caused nothing but trouble to me and I haven’t done anything to you. Your pathetic past life wasn’t my fault, so why are you taking your anger out on me and my family?” I yelled out in frustration and anger.I never really did anything to her that I can remember so why should I be punished for my dads mistake. All she’s doing amounts to nothing and she should be satisfied already because she already succeeded in killing my dad so what more does she want?“Oh please don’t act all innocent? The throne you seat on is mine and not your gathered entitlement you little brat.” She retorted and I could see the hatred she had for me through her face.I didn’t know why but I felt that if at all anything was wrong we could have always fixed it, she already caused us so much problem already.“Well accept it as fate, if it wasn’t meant to be the moon goddess would have prevented it but she d

In other for everyone to get out of this unaffected, I will have to act as calm as possible and use strategies to save us both from the wreck of Mirabella The pointed the gun at me, daring me to move from closer and she would shoot. Her threats are anything but empty and I was damn sure she is definitely going to shoot if I move any closer to her without a second thought.“You are a manipulative bastard and will always be. You are always making sure you get the upper hand while we are just lay out below you like some sort of trash. We do not deserve to be below you neither do you deserve to be above of us. If anything you deserve to rot in hell for every pain you have caused for me. Every situation you have put me in, you deserve to die for everything you have done to everyone!” She maniacally shouted moving away from me, still holding Raina tightly in front of her.“No Mirabe

Alcandar’s pov “You mean she will be up in a couple of days?” I asked the doctor to make sure I heard me right.“Yes. The bullet pierced her upper arm and the wound is very deep but fortunately no vital organ was touched but when she fall, she hit her head so head I think it resulted in serious concussion. The head injury is more the one keeping her unconscious than the actual bullet injury coupled with the fact that she lost a lot of blood. But I am sure she will be fine” He explained further, each of his word lifting the worry from my heart. At least I won’t live with the guilt that she was killed because of me.When the nurse told me they would be out soon from earlier, she actually was telling nothing but the truth because just few minutes after I sat down, the door sprang open and the two doctors and three nurses that were in their trying to save her life all sprang out. When they first assured me that she would be fine I didn’t believe one but seeing as they all looked bloody a
