Calm And Ruthless; The CEO Diamond のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 61 - チャプター 70

"Father, no!!!" The door suddenly opened and Fiona rushed inside, coming in between her father and Liam as he pulled the trigger and she fell to the ground. Liam closed his eyes when he heard the gunshot, envisioning pain and blood to come out from his body but nothing, all he heard was a soft whimper and he opened his eyes. Standing in front was Billy who was in awe and Fiona who was on the ground with blood gushing down from her chest area. Billy fell to the ground and moved closer to his daughter while Liam quickly went to the dining to pick up the tablecloth to stop the bleeding. "Father" Fiona calls as she spits out blood from her mouth. “No, don't say anything. Just calm down, help is coming" he says as he holds her but still not dropping the gun in his hand. “I'm sorry for not being a good daughter, I apologize for everything so far, but Dad can't we stop now? If you killed Uncle Liam, your crime would increase and you might never be free again, and Mom. With me gone, she

Ricardo’s pov I waved at Diamond in the car, watching as the driver took her away, even though I was against it. I couldn’t change her mind on going to see Claudia or her father. “You are staring at the car for so long, why let her go then?” Valerie says and I chuckled and turned to her. “Since you haven’t been in love, you won’t understand” I ruffled her hair and went back inside the main house. I know about love too, asshole” I chuckled as I head upstairs, but she keeps following me, she want something and I want to be done with her silly tricks too. “What do you want?” “Edna told me you are going on an outing with Rocky today, he is joking right?” I stopped and turned to her. No, I am” “What?” she chuckled but clearly annoyed. You have been like this since that day, I don’t know what that bastard have on you but going out with him, acting nice to him when it is obvious how sick and terrifying he is” “It makes me disgust and I wonder if you are still the brother I know, if

Diamond’s Pov I was standing in front of a beach, dressed in a white gown waving and smiling at someone who was afar. I was so happy and I didn’t want to leave that place, but all of a sudden, the waves of water in front of me suddenly became red and Ricardo appeared in front of me. Diamond” he called with blood all over his face and body. “No” I screamed out and opened my eyes only to find myself in a hospital room. “Ma’am, calm down. You are fine now” I panted heavily as I stared at the person holding me, it was Darion. Should I inform the doctor to check on you?” “No,” I said and he let go of me. “I’m ok, I just had a terrible dream” “For how long was I asleep?” “Just a few hours now” he answered and I nodded as I bit my lips, anxiety filled my nerves as I asked him this. “Where is Ricardo?” He cleared his throat as it became shaky. “He has transferred to his ward, the doctor says for now they can’t guarantee when he will wake up, and even worse we might make a decision to

Diamond’s POV My heart raced as I sat amidst the O'Brien. It had been over a week since Ricardo's accident and a few days since Malcolm's absurd words. It seemed like he was starting to move forward from it. Rocky, Edna, Valerie, and I gathered in the living room, waiting for Malcolm to arrive while Emily was at the hospital taking care of Ricardo. "It feels like a long time since we've all been together like this," Rocky commented with his usual grin, he has been like that since Ricardo's accident. Tension rose as we all sat in the living room, he has been a total douchebg for the past two weeks, causing friction within the company, with half of the board members on his side. His motive is as clear as the day, and today's meeting is to stop him. On the other side, there is someone who has been getting on my nerves apart from Rocky and that is Edna. His recent avoidance of Valerie and me, coupled with frequent association with Rocky, raises concerns. Edna is grappling with somethin

Diamond POV “We’re here!” He announced. I gulped down and stared out of the window. Indeed we’re at the hospital. “You’re going to go in there and inform the doctor you wouldn’t be proceeding with the surgery and that you’re already pregnant” Rocky said, throwing the file that contains the fake pregnancy result at me. I can’t believe the moron had everything planned out. “And why should I do that?” I folded my arms under my breast. “You should know there’s no Ricardo to save you from me now and you should do whatever I tell you if you wanna keep yourself and your husband safe” A new sac of air washed over my entire body, reminding me of Ricardo’s absence away from my life. I bite my lip hard suppressing the urge to cry. “You’re such a devil!” I mumbled. He looked at me, his thoroughly intense sharp gaze that reflected my irritation at the moment. "First rule, you never get to object my words or obligated to choose. You do what I want Diamond " "Diamond, let me tell you
