Lucas made his proposal to Adrian Peele, the founder of the Peele.Co, he wanted Adrian Peele to transfer his fifteen percent of shares that he had in the Anderson Co. business to him in exchange of a deal that he knew that he could not refuse. He was going to agree to a franchise that Peele had wanted for decades. Chapter 14: Josh Peele

Lucas scurried out in search of Emma, with Austin following closely behind, they had searched all the hallways and stairways leading to the penthouse but there was still no sign of Emma.Lucas was now in panic mode, his steps were beginning to falter, slowly regretting his actions, he had several thoughts running through his mind about what could have happened to Emma.“Do you think we should involve the police?” Austin asks a visibly worried Lucas who was pacing in front of him as he let out a string of curses.“And risk us facing a scandal, no one knows i am married, now imagine a fake marriage.” Lucas didn’t even want to think about what was going to happen if his grandma found out that he was in a fake marriage.“Well if someone had talked to her nicely maybe we wouldn't have to experience this now.” Austin knew he was placing the blame on him but he believed it was entirely lucas’s fault that Emma had gone missing.
