THE TRUE WOLF BLOODS のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 61 - チャプター 70

Chapter Sixty-one.Diana's pov.I stormed my way towards the West wing as I needed to fix whatever this was. I couldn’t focus, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't work, my life was an entire shit show before, now it was going deeper down the drain.Luke did this, he must have a way to fix it, all my hope was on Luke now. If I couldn't get it fixed and stop these flashes I didn't know how I was going to live, I couldn't even understand the stupid visions anyway and my mind was always chaotic to even think about them.It was still day time when I heard someone whispering in the hallway. I wouldn't have been bothered if I didn't hear my name, “She came back to life and you think the best thing for you to do is chase her down, and do what exactly? Kill her again?” I could recognize Emily's voice as she berated.“Don't bother about her, I'll make sure she leaves this palace one way or another, with my child coming in, I have the upper hand with Prince Alaric, but the useless bond keeps getting i

Chapter Sixty-three.Diana's pov.“Miss? We are here,” the driver woke me up from my blank stare as I gazed out the window, I glanced around and then stared at the man through the rearview mirror.I was this close to dozing off, putting myself in risky positions like this would one day get me killed, he could have kidnapped me.I doubted this was the place, “Are you sure this is the right place?” I glanced around again and cross checked with the address Luke had given me.The driver was irritated, no one driving in the middle of the night would be happy about it, “Yes miss, this Dyna lagoon, there's no real lagoon here if that's what you're looking for.” I feigned an expression like I wasn't looking out for an actual lagoon. Well, I am going to stop thinking of seeing a lagoon.I got out of the cab and then paid him before he zoomed off. How I was going to get back to the palace was a mystery to me. I took deep breaths before bracing myself to see a witch.I turned around and a feeli

Chapter Sixty-five.Diana's pov. What she had said had unnerved me but I pushed it to the back of my mind as I followed her to wherever she was taking me. I observed the house and it really wasn't what I had thought a witches house would look like.“Sit, I'll be right back,” she ordered before she disappeared behind a door.I sat quietly and continued to look around, she didn't return for a while and I began to think of something else; What if she ran away? That couldn't be possible, this was her own house. With the silence in the room, my doubts continued to rise until finally she walked out of the door and into the room, I breathed a sigh of relief, “Oh, thank the stars, I thought you left me.” She gave me an incredulous look which made me revert back into myself a bit, “Why would I leave my house for the likes of you?”I didn't say anything to that as I knew she wouldn't offer me a straight answer. She placed a purple vial bottle on the table, “Give me your hand,” she exasperated.

Chapter Sixty-seven.Diana's pov.We stood in silence for what felt like hours but it was only just seconds. I asked myself countless times in my mind what exactly he wanted from me but nothing came up.His presence made me feel on edge, and I didn't like that feeling, not knowing what to do. I stood there with my eyes to the floor, my nostrils had been clouded by his scent, and it did things to me that I wouldn't like.I swallowed the lump that had formed in my throat and snuck a peak at him from under my lashes, his eyes were hooded but they were the only things I saw before I glanced back down quickly as he was staring very intently at me.Did I do something to upset him? Why would he be angry at me? His hands clenched and unclenched.I tried to recall this past week; the events that had occured, nothing particular seemed to come to mind, nothing that concerned him at least. There was the incident with the queen but I doubt he was here for that. What if he found out about my little

Chapter Sixty-nine.Diana's pov.I continued to run without stopping, the tears fell freely down my eyes. How could I have been so stupid? I was carried away by the mate bond; the feeling, the tingles, the fire that burned within me, the emptiness I had felt as I left him behind. Why would he do that? I continued to ask myself but I knew deep down the answer to my question.I reached my room and slammed the door shut behind me, my back to the door, I slid to the floor and let it all out. Ever since, I had held the pain deep down, the fact that he never wanted me and there was no chance for us to be together, I tried my best not to show any emotions when he was around. Not to show that he affected me in ways that I couldn't even explain, I hid my feelings because I knew there was never a chance between us. When I heard that Alaric and Emily had completed the mating rights, I wanted nothing but to kill myself all over again but I couldn't.As much as I wanted death, I was still afraid
