FinnHer eyes shone brightly, melting my heart. She has beautiful eyes. They felt so familiar and captivating. I couldn't control myself around her, my wolf felt so wild. I wondered why I couldn't feel her wolf. She wasn't a real werewolf without one, I felt there was a lot I needed to know about her.Seeing her run away from me, I let out a laugh. What was she doing? I hated the fact that she could get herself injured just by clenching her fist. “You can run away but you can't hide yourself from me.” I said aloud, sure enough I knew she must have heard me. I could hear her thumping heart beat as she ran all thanks to my wolf. About her injury, I would have to make sure she's okay. “Prince Finn, you called for me.” My personal guard said as he approached me. “I have a task for you, there's someone I want you to investigate.” I ordered. “I have no idea who she is but I want you to go through the CCTV cameras and find the woman who had been sent to my room. I need clear results.“ I c

Chapter 12Everest Waking up to the sound of my alarm I jolted up from my sleep rubbing my eyes warmly so as to start the day. At this point I still felt so sleepy, all thanks to the pervert who had locked me up with him. “You need to freshen up and head to the canteen to get breakfast. You can't afford to be late again.” Adrienne said, heading towards the door. I couldn't believe my eyes, she was fully dressed. “What time did you wake up?” I said stretching my limbs. Adrienne chuckled as she looked at me, “You came back very late last night, I was still awake but too lazy to question you.” After her last words, she left the room.Looking over towards the second bunk, it was empty and neaty made. It seems everyone had been up earlier than me. I jumped off the bed rushing towards the shower room. In less than a minute I was already out. Mr. Roland would chop my head off, I can't be late. Back home I was always up Early, but now it seems my body is taking a break. Could my pregnanc

Phoebe. As I made my way into the mansion, I furrowed my brows in a frown. Everest has been to hell and back all thanks to Selene. She was nothing but the devil himself, I wondered what the young girl had done to deserve so much pain and torture.“Everest, you are dead meat. I would definitely kill you. How dare you stay out for days without my permission” I heard her yelling. “Selene, calm down, you don't have to be so harsh with the young girl.” I said as I made my way into the living room. She looked so shocked seeing me, “Phoebe…I wasn't expecting you. Don't tell me she had caused trouble at work. Is that why she hasn't been here for two days now?” She asked I scoffed, her sudden care sounded so off to me–she sounded like she really cared about Everest’s well being. “You really see her like a pain in your ass. If she is so much of a burden, you should let her go. Let her have her freedom.” I advised. She rolled her eyes at me, “You know how my life has been ever since, so you sh

Everest.Even though I had no parents, I felt lucky having Phoebe. Ever since my mother died, she was the only one who had shown me so much love and care. I wondered how she got my luggages. I was so curious about it. Knowing my step mother fully well, if she knew I was here, I'm sure she would have come to the Academy to drag me out. “You don't have to overthink anything, whatever you decide, I will support your decisions.” Her soothing words calmed my nerves.“That's not what I'm thinking about, I wonder what you said to convince her.” I said, sounding very anxious.Phoebe let out a helpless sigh, “I told her I had sent you to another Branch outside the states.”Hearing this I giggled, this all made sense. “I could imagine the smile on her face right now. I'm sure she is very happy!” “Everest, I have so much faith in you, don't let me down. I'm not in any way pressuring you but I want you to give in your best. That way you could be free from Selene. And you would be able to live

FinnSeeing how scared she was I felt my heart ache. Why was she so scared? I had been with her for over two days straight, she is supposed to be familiar with me by now. Her constant biting made me chuckle, was this how she would save herself if she was really being kidnapped? It seems she had no skills at all. Heading towards my chambers, I could see the confusion in her eyes. She had no idea where this was but the luxury it was built with made her speechless, she suddenly stopped struggling. Does it mean she liked the fact of being kidnapped here?My guards were about to bow their heads. I glared angrily at them, signaling them not to. Thankfully, they understood my point. With large strides, I held her tightly into my chambers. She tried moving her head around but she couldn't, it seems she was more confused.Going into my room, I removed my hands above her mouth, freeing her. She turned around immediately and the stunned look on her face made me laugh. Looking at my palm, her t

Finn They had been well trained so even if I didn't say anything, they could read my words just by looking at the expression on my face. “You haven't told me what you are good at doing?” I said, earlier I had asked the same question but she shoved it off. “I make the best coffee, I'm good at painting and I'm also a very good cook. That's what Phoebe says, as for my sister Elena, she's good with arrows, horse riding and diving.” she replied. I couldn't help but wonder why she was on about her sister. “What else do you do? I mean when you are bored. What do you do for fun?” I asked. “Owh, Elena says I shouldn't tell you about it.” She replied. I had to end this conversation, “This is the school museum, it existed even before the Academy was built.” I said, pointing at a beautiful building which was a few meters away. She followed my line of sight and gave a nod. “Should we go in there?” I asked. She thought about it for a while, “No, we could do that another day.” She replied.“Okay

Everest. The sound of the loud bell woke me up. I robbed my eyes, getting up the bed, I was about to get off. My heart almost came out of my chest, “You startled me,” I said trying to catch my breath. Adrienne giggled, “I feel so good, scaring the shit out of you.” She said happily. I couldn't help but chuckle, seeing how happy she was, made me helpless, I couldn't get angry at her. “Good morning,” I greeted with a smile.” “Good morning, “Adrienne replied. Since she had achieved her aim she returned back to what she was doing. Using the ladder at the other end of the bunk, I supported my weight as I dressed my bed making it neat and tidy. With that being done, I got off the bunk. Our room was spacious enough but I was limited to most things all because of Alice. She had set the boundaries she didn't want me to cross. I had to adhere to them because I didn't want any problems. I just remembered what had happened yesterday, how I was avoiding Alice in Adrienne's absence. She had o

Everest I looked at Adrienne and she met my eyes with a smile. “You can do this,” she said, giving me a thumbs up. Yes I can but the question right now is, do I really want to?“The second rule, when the timer is over. You are to head to the kitchen, a map having Its direction is hidden in one of the main ingredients. There would be no bypass of this formation. After this I would be available for the next set of rules and instructions. You can now start.” Mister Roland announced. The whole hall became so noisy, everyone was searching their chart looking for the list of ingredients. Pushing my chart I head towards the supermarket, thanks to the stranger I knew exactly where it was located. I didn't need a map.Just walking a bit further I fell on my face, using my hands I placed it around my belly protecting my child. Alice had intentionally caused the fall, raising my head upwards, I glared angrily at her, she gave me a sinister smile. “And where the hell are you going to?” She ques

FinnI was supposed to be with her at this moment but something in me felt she could handle this very well on her own. I have done my best to help her out, now I hoped her skill would set in and pay off. My Father had complained that I was delaying the whole process , eviction was supposed to be ongoing. Now that I have set the rules to get favors, I have nothing to worry about. “Prince Finn, everything you commanded is ready.” My personal guard announced. I smiled wickedly, “Send the message to the old man, he knows where to meet me.” I commanded.I placed my foot on the stirrup, and got on the seat on the saddle. I rode my horses to the special spot awaiting the old man. “Your welcome Dad,” I said with a sinister smile. He furrowed his brows in anger, “Why did you bring me out here?” He asked.I smirked, “I had a lot of questions I wanted to ask you but because of mom I couldn't ask you about it over dinner.” I replied. He was silent, sure enough he knew this. “Speak!” He command

Everest.A day passed and I felt strange, I didn't encounter the stranger yesterday. And something in me felt so sad. I would have thanked him for his help, he had taken me around that day and it really helped. Today was the day when the results of yesterday's test would be announced. I felt so sad at the moment, because some contestants would be evicted from the Academy. I woke up early as usual and took my bath. But no matter how fast I was, I couldn't beat Adrienne. She was always up so early before anyone, I wondered if she did get a good amount of sleep. We both head to the canteen for breakfast and then to the Auditorium. It was normal for everyone to see us together, no one was making a fuss about it again, or couldn't it be the anxiety attached to the announcement of results? The whole hall was quiet as we waited for the king’s aide. This felt like an admission process into Highschool, since he had stated that it was a test and not a competition. Mister Roland walked into t
