Adrienne and I barely meet in class, except doing compulsory training involving our inner wolf, even when I don't have one, I had to attend them. Adrienne and her twin came in very late last night. It seems the whole gem thing was a difficult process. We moved towards the training grounds, everyone presented the gems. “Alice…where's your gem?” Beta Stephanie asked. There were twenty three in number, it turns out that Alice didn't get a gem. And she didn't seem disturbed by it.Alice furrowed her brows in a frown, “I didn't find it,” she said with a broad smile. Beta Stephanie glared angrily at her and moved away. “You also didn't find one right?” She asked, facing a beautiful lady at the other end. She gave a positive nod. With that being said, she moved her hands swiftly at a frightening speed. Alice and the other lady screamed out in pain. “That's the

Chapter 33Everest He held my hands tightly, moving them with the flow of the wind. I could perceive his scent, inhaling it into my nostrils. Right now, it wasn't the feeling of lust but that of admiration. He placed my legs on his, how strong was he? My whole weight was on him but he treated it like it was nothing but a feather. The movement was so swift and perfect. With that he stopped, “Now, go again!” He commanded. He moved backwards watching my moves, “This is wrong,” he said, adjusting the position of my legs. “Again!’ he continued.I did as told, with that he clapped his hands with a good impression on his face. “Go and get some rest, we will meet her again by tomorrow.” He said and left. Having him train me felt so good. At night I slept more like a dead log of wood. Finn. With that done, I had to go check on Everest. She could be very anxious at the moment. The duel was to commence towards dusk, there was still about eight hours before that time. Getting into the training ground, I hid myself. Beta Stephanie detected some moves and showed it to her students. And while it was going on, all my mind and attention was fixed on Everest. I admired her beauty and courage.I could see how observant Everest was. Sure enough she was engraving these teachings into her mind. I had so much confidence in Everest that if the duel holds, I was certain she would win. Seeing her prepared made me rest assured. With a smile, I left my hiding spot. I have nothing to worry about. I proudly went to meet my parents. “To what do I owe this visit?” My father asked, sounding surprised. I rolled my eyes at him. Hearing my mother's laughter, it brightened my mood. I bowed with respect as I turned over to my mother. "Greetings mother! I'm sure you had a wonderful night."

She turned glaring at me while I stared at her. At some point She wore a smile and behaved strangely, staring at me. I had a feeling that it was all about mockery. It is either she was laughing at me for no reason or she was making a joke of me. But with all that was going on I didn't give a damn about it.I was rather hoping they would call us in earlier so we could begin the contest once and for all and be done with. My heart raced continuously. I felt nervous and anxious at the same time.Other activities took place while we waited behind. It was getting longer than I expected, I was getting impatient already. The motivation I used to engulf myself kept reducing gradually. I wondered what was going on. I couldn't stay put at one place but was moving around.Alice chuckles" Nervous huh! Just give up!

I asked. She came back to her senses and turned to look at me" You startled me," she said."You have been at one spot for quite a while now. I want to personally compliment your braveness. Despite the fact that Alice was strong, you stood up on your feet and fought back. You did really well" I complemented. It seemed like she wasn't in a good mood. I actually hoped to see a smile on her face after saying such a compliment. But she rather shook her head. '' Thankyou" she appreciates.I moved closer to her" I know how you must feel right now seeing what had just happened while you were in
