Luna's Betrayal And Rebirth のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 11 - チャプター 20

Chapter TWELVE LUCIUS Point of View I was sitting next to the Blue Sea Pack Alpha in the conference room. With his beta William, and alpha Adrian, we spoke about the urgent problem at hand. "The rising rate of rogue in our district is becoming alarming," I said. "If we do not take action immediately, we might end up losing all our soldiers and pack members.""And they would start to doubt our ability to lead," Alpha Adrian said to me. Adrian's beta, William, cleared his throat and started talking. "I still do not understand the reason for this meeting," he said. "Can you come out more clearly, so we would know what and what is involved."I looked at him in disbelief. I was certain that in the letter I wrote inviting them over, I mentioned the purpose of the gathering. Having said that, when I and his brother—the Alpha of Blue Sea Pack—just spoke about the matter, he didn't seem to be listening. I cleared my throat and made the composed decision to follow him. To everyone in thi

Chapter 14 ALEGGRAI was standing in front of the mirror, looking beautiful in my outfit. It had been put by one of the maids inside my closet. I turned around when the room's door opened and saw Lucius enter the space. He was looking at me intently. He looked me over, head to toe, his jaw hanging open. For a while, he could not speak. "You look awesome!" After glancing at me for a while, he congratulated me. The praise made my cheeks flush scarlet, and I forced a grin to stay hidden. "Shall we?" Holding out his hands to me, he posed the question. We started to leave the home together when I grasped Lucius's hands. The servants seeing us from the outside started to grin and talk to one other. They believed that we had to be authentic. I chose to ignore them and followed Lucius to his vehicle. I entered the vehicle once he unlocked the door. For now, all I wanted to do was concentrate on this day and put everything out of my mind. I found it to be meaningless. I real

CHAPTER SixteenALEGGRA The parking lot was soon abandoned for the dining area. Harrison, Ava, myself, the beta, and alpha Lucius. The guards continued to work packing Ava's belongings for her room. The dining room had been filled with a feast for the four of us. Not too long after, we could hear our spoons clattering on the plate. Ava started talking while we were eating. "I'm finally glad to be here again with you all," she said. "It hadn't been easy sharing the same world with mere mortals."Ava had interacted with others. She seems to have had a bad encounter with them based on the way she talked. Still, I remained as she spoke. "Initially, I was unsure about how to blend in. Every time I became upset, I had to keep my abilities hidden and cease developing. I had to give up a lot of habits that I thought were strange to others. Nonetheless, I dealt with my bullies at night so they couldn't find out what had happened to them."Harrison and Lucius started laughing aloud. To me,

CHAPTER 18ALEGGRA Point of View Lucus At the same time, I sprung from my bed. Although I was aware of his sister's activities, I was unsure of their specific nature. My eyes shot to Lisa, and I saw that she was staring at Lucius. This made me frown even worse. I stepped up beside Lucius and took his arms. Knowing that I was falling for Lucius meant that I wasn't being protective. That being said, I didn't want the whole stay to conclude with anything like, "The new Luna was made, but she got rejected just after a few weeks."That would amount to a severe face-slap. "What is going on, Ava?" Lucius inquired with his sibling. Her head was scratched, "Uhm_." "My friend didn't have a place to sleep."Her answer was very impressive. Lucius and I looked at each other. She kept talking before we had a chance to respond to what she had just said. Since my room is too tiny to share, there are already some visitors staying in the other rooms. You are aware of how much I detest sharing my b

CHAPTER 20ALLEGRA Harrison last informed me about the fantastic alpha a week ago. And ever since, I felt that I was the one who was most ready for it. Harrison also informed me that there will be a stage show, pack run, feast, and other events held during the ceremony. I decided to prepare dancers for the impending event like Luna. We had been practicing hard, and I wasn't playing around with any of the setups. I was sitting in the training area on a bench. Harrison was sitting next to me. We became close after he lectured me about the incident. I never felt alone since Harrison was always there to keep me company despite Lucius's constant hectic schedule. I appreciated his support and presence. While Lucius was gone, I had someone at least to lean on. We saw the dancers as they performed the routine that I had previously shown them. In addition, a big projector stood in front of them. It was also useful for our steps.Harrison said, "They are doing very well." "If they continu
