SELENA’S POV:FEW MONTHS LATER:“Get some rest, I will rock her back to bed.” Henry assured, tiredly rising up to his feet and switching off the lights I had switched on.The past four months have been hectic, I had been breast feeding despite the other alternatives that were brought to me but this was my first time as a mum I had no complaints about doing all I needed to do even from having my child without an epidural. The way I had received compliments on being so strong, I started to feel extremely powerful, understanding the magnitude of the pain I had felt that day. I was just so grateful I had made it out healthy and whole, the after care from the nurses and doctors was honestly the best. With our baby girl crying every night this past month and occasionally changing diapers, Mrs Scott has suggested we got a nanny especially because we both had a company to run but I felt it was too early despite the fact that she had even offered to pick a nanny, supervise and even do the work

3RD POV:“Yes ma'am. You got it.” They all chuckled softly at Selena's response and Gabby excused herself with a tight smile as her phone started ringing.Selena glanced at her and right back at the others and continued to have a nice brunch with her girls.***********LATER THAT NIGHT:With the suit at the company, Henry had been quite occupied and Hailey had either been with her grandparents since her parents resumed back to work or with their nanny who was also Henry's nanny. She had happily taken the job, as it filled her heart with joy to also take care of Henry's son. It felt like she was taking care of her grandchild.Selena had arrived about forty five minutes ago at around seven, and headed to the room seeing her baby girl watching cocomelon with a bright smile on her face. She kissed her forehead, took a shower and returned back to join her baby girl, clapping along with her baby.“It's time for the veggie dance…“ She sang with the cartoon and found herself amused by her act

SELENA'S POV:AN HOUR LATER:“I will come with you, you shouldn't face that man alone.” My smile grew wide as he uttered those words.“BUT….” My face fell as he added that. Of course, there was a ‘but’. “But I won't be coming now, nor is it advisable to take Hailey with you without the support she needs.” I looked at him taken aback by his words. Thinking about it now, we never really discussed about Hailey coming along with me. I had just said it and he neither object nor approved. I frowned, questioning with a huge attitude, “What do you mean by that? I can't take my child without everyone's presence, is that what you're insinuating, Henry?” The limousine was not completely silent and I could feel everyone's look on me, but my eyes were glued to the man in front of me, arms folded and anticipating a response. He let out a breath and responded, “That's not what I'm saying, love, you are an amazing mother but think about everything you need to settle there. What time would you be

HENRY’S POV:A FEW HOURS LATER.We arrived at one of the mansions my parents had purchased a long time ago. They had instilled in Liv and I the importance of having properties all over the world. It was a two-storey glass house coated in white paint, having about four rooms, a dining area, a pool in the backyard with chairs to relax in, and a furnished kitchen. As soon as we arrived, the two news cars I had purchased had already arrived, a Lamborghini and BMW all in white and black. Selena smiled when she saw it, she was no longer surprised by my lavish spending on cars. I had read online that men often give their wives gifts after giving birth, majorly a car. So I had framed a picture I had taken of her at the hospital with Hailey when she was just born as well as a black Bentley with interiors of one of her favorite colors, purple. She was so in love with it and so appreciative, but I knew she was more in love with the framed picture. The women in my life loved luxurious gifts but

HENRY'S POV:I entered my room and smiled seeing my gorgeous wife laying there, with her eyes glued to her S-pad and Hailey’s crib just next to her. She looked so beautiful, she always did and every time I saw her, I just wanted to give her the world. She raised her eyes up meeting mine and smiled brightly, warming my heart instantly, “Good morning love.” I had nothing to worry about with my mum…no matter what she says, we will get through it. I said to myself trying to calm myself down from excessive worrying.I walked in front of her and stood in the middle of her legs, bending to give her a kiss on her forehead and she smiled wrapping her hands around my waist.“Are you okay?” She inquired, looking up and I nodded, touching her soft hair.“I am, and I have a beautiful day planned out for all three of you. A beautiful family day!” Her eyes instantly lit up at my enthusiasm.“Where are we going?” She inquired and I frowned looking at her in confusion.“When have I ever shared a plan
