Diego's POV I shut the door behind me. The clicking of my heels recedes as I pause in front of the mirror. The thrill of the previous night was still alive in my chest. Diego's POV As the door slams open, I turned around and the voice cuts through the air. “He won't do it.” I blink and my eyes meet the gaze of the man who just spoke.“Anthony,” I whispered, unsure if I should be happy or puzzled about his presence. However, the pendant which intrigued me that night wasn't visible on her neck.
