I was never Human のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 221 - チャプター 230

Ismelda's POV:The hollow walls of the castle rung in my ears as my steps ricocheted off them. I schooled my anxious nerves before I stepped through the heavy doors. All heads turned to me before their bodies rose to acknowledge my presence. I walked with my head held high and my stride, slow. My father stood to his feet. His face was hard, but his hand was raised to recieve me. My long white hair was swept up in a high ponytail. My sleek neck was on display as it was accented with a sliver halter dress that sparkled. The dress hugged my figure just right, exposing my back. It had some weight to it, and it dragged slightly behind me. The silver highlighted the palness of my skin and the blue to my cold eyes. I extended my hand out to reach for my father's. My sharply pointed nails, that was polished with a dusty silver, shined in the reflection of the chandelier that hung over us all. He pulled me in. I leaned forward to kiss his cheek. He looked at me as I leaned back. Remnants of th

Kwen's POV:"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND!! YOU COULD'VE BEEN KILLED OR WORST! YOU COULD'VE BEEN TAKEN AGAIN!"I sat in the chair in my father's office. My dad was flying off the rails. He was livid. I've never seen him so angry before. I sat with my arms crossed over my chest, sunk in my chair and just waited for my turn to speak. Sadly for me, Cersai was just as angry, even moreso. His eyes kept flashing between his and Reign's."WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT! I'M YOUR MATE! DON'T EVER USE YOUR POWERS ON ME LIKE THAT AGAIN!! HE COULD'VE HURT YOU!"You would think they wouldn't be so angry, especially since I was out for about two and half days. I looked around the office to everyone. All my boys sat to the left of me on the long couch, chairs or leaned up against the wall. My auntie sat to the right of me in the single chair with Luke, Bruce and Jake leaned on the walls or doors to the balcony. My grandparents sat behind my dad's desk, while the screeching duo stood in front of the desk, tower

Gin's POV:I drove east towards the royal vampire territory. They were relatively close, in terms of distance, to the royal wolf territory. Luckily, they actually get along. It wasn't always that way. The previous Vampire King was a raging egotistical maniac, bent on ruining the world. Especially us wolves. His son had to take him down. That was a couple of generations ago, and things have settled to where us vampires and wolves can get along. Julian Darkwind is the current Vampire King. He took down his own father for peace, and he's also my mate's father. I had to drive about 7 hours to get to the royal vampire territory. I, of course, didn't go all the way there. That man hates my guts. I know he doesn't hate wolves, he just hates me. I pulled over and parked, pulled out my phone and dailed a number. The phone was picked up immediately Phone call:Izzy: Hello, my love.A faint smile found its way on my face.Me: Hello, my mate. How you doing?"There was a pause. I frowned. She sig

Kwen's POV:I sat on my bed and picked my phone up to check the time. It was about 4:30 in the morning. I sat the phone down and picked the book up. I crossed my legs and laid the book on my lap, gently wiping my hand across the front cover. As if the book knew I was ready to recieve what was inside, it began to glow. I took a deep breath and went to open it to the first page. As I shifted the book to open, it's as if the book had a mind of its own. The pages flipped to mid book. I sat in shock as they kept flipping, until it stopped. I cautiously rested my hands on the pages. They glowed a bright golden color. Slowly, the words went from a golden color and turned a bright red. As soon as I was about to removed my hands, I felt sucked into the pages....I was breathing heavily, my heart racing. I looked around and found myself in a forest. The sun was up but setting. Through the branches, I saw a figure peering out at me. He was large. He had amber eyes that were piercing. He had bla

Heather's POV: Prince Cersai gave me the go-ahead to head to the royal pack. When I arrived, I was met at the entrance of the mansion-like packhouse. A large, burley man stood atop the steps. He had beautiful brown skin, full beard, stern yet kind brown eyes and a shiny bald head. Handsome. I stepped out the car and felt his power roll down the stairs. My eyes met his and like always, his soul was on full display for me. He has a hard exterior- most likely the quiet type. He had a strong but gentle soul. Very clear, which indicated that he has and expresses clear boundaries and morals. Good. I walked up the steps. He reached a hand out for me to shake. "You must be Heather." I nodded, accepting his gesture. "I am beta Andrew. Please follow me. His majesty will be leaving shortly, but he wants to discuss a few things with you first. We must be quick." I nodded. He escorted me inside. I've been to the royal pack only once before in my life, but the grandeur of it still amazes
