I was never Human のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 31 - チャプター 40

I enjoyed myself at dinner. I was able to eat with my grandparents and Psy and her parents. We all talked and laughed a bunch. Psy is hilarious. She definitely gets that from her momma. Her name is Tillia, and her father's name is Henry. Tillia is a spitfire who is unashamed and completely herself, as is Henry, but he's much more laid back and a subdued version of Tillia. He's a quiet observer, which is crazy considering he looms over everyone. Psyren is the perfect mix of her parents. She gets her blonde hair from her momma and her curls and piercing blue eyes from her daddy. They both are pretty tan. Tillia is a tall woman, around 5'11, while Henry is 6'7. Tillia has the most gorgeous, light, wavy hair and beautiful brown almond eyes. Henry has curly brownish red hair with icy blue eyes. He's nothing but muscle. They are supposedly a family of Omegas, but the aura and power that radiates from them just don't match with the rest of the omegas I've seen or been around. I listened to

We all sat quietly during dinner. Everyone talked amongst themselves as they were served. I looked out towards the table my parents and daughter sat at with another family from my pack. They were the Lyman's. They're technically omegas but are very strong. Tillia is actually a high-ranking wolf, but her mate just so happened to be an omega. Henry was born into an omega family, but his family has never been weak to be classified as omegas. Lyman's aren't just strong physically, but are some of the kindest people you'll ever meet, so I expected Kwen to take to them quickly. Their daughter, Psyren, is a true beauty and is a ball of light. They seemed to be having the time of their life at their table, and I couldn't be happier. I loved seeing kwen smile. It literally broke my heart to see her so torn up about yesterday. I'm so afraid that I'll lose her before I can really be there for her. Kwen had such a loud laugh. It was full and hearty, much like her mother's. Psy was no better, real

Tori's Pov:"Kwen looked beautiful today, didn't she, Tony?"I asked my mate as I wrapped my arms around his torso. He hugged me back, kissing me on the top of my head, rocking us back and forth. We made a great escape from the party taking place at the pack house. We went to our home, which wasn't that far from the packhouse. We watched the night pass us by as the music could still be heard in the distance. We stood out on our balcony, enjoying the cool air."She looked lovely... she must get that from her mama and her grandmother."Tony said, and I chuckled. Flashes of her and Danny laughing and playing together went through my mind. My heart warmed, knowing they already loved each other so much. "It's a shame Sierra refuses to get along with Kwen. She could learn a lot from her. I remember when she told us she was heading off to college. I thought she was joking until Brandon confirmed she was actually going. My jaw almost disconnected from the rest of my face. I can't believe she

I ran back in my human form as fast as I could to reach the medical center. Doc had already mindlinked me to let me know everything was set and prepared for Kwen. I told him there were a few others, including my son and Jake's son, who needed to be seen as well, but Kwen is the priority. We rushed in, and the doc had a gurney waiting for her arrival."Alpha! Right here. Lay her down gently."I did as instructed, and Dr. Mason went to work immediately. He gasped lightly at her appearance. His usual soft face hardened in understanding someone had intentionally hurt my child. She was innocent, and yet someone hurt her. He looked up at me with fire in his eyes."Who did this? What happened?"His voice was deep, and his wolf, Canaan, made his presence known."I don't know, but I will soon find out."He nodded, taking a deep breath. He began touching her body, checking for scars and broken bones."She has a few broken ribs. We have to be careful with how we move and touch her. The slightest

I began to hear someone talking around me. They sounded kind of far away but also close. I moved my hand and felt a cold bar like object. I frowned, confused at what I was feeling. I fought to open my eyes. I couldn't remember when I fell asleep. I was finally able to crack one open, and the light in the room was blinding. I tried to open them again and was able to completely. I began to look around and noticed I was in a room that wasn't mine. I looked down and saw my dad standing up, looking away from me on the phone. I looked down at my body and noticed I was on a hospital bed and was hooked up to a monitor and had an IV. I frowned. What the hell happened?I tried thinking about how I got here, but nothing was coming to me. That's when flashes of how I was taken and was fighting off those strange men starting popping up in my head. I closed my eyes tight as the images continued. Every hit, the cutting of my hair, and being choked and dangled over a cliff... it all came rushing back
